"Absolutely fantastic. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’d been to and we 100% put that down to the live music. The band kept everyone on the dance floor and interacted with the guests which was fab - despite being hassled with requests from a few. Thank you so much guys - you absolutely made our wedding! "

"Sarah is a brilliant singer and friendly and lovely person. Her voice and choice of songs gave my event a very atmospheric relaxed happy feel. Her jukebox playlist on a QR code is genius. She left cards on each table so my guests could make song choices through the evening. I would highly recommend her and use her at future events I hope. Thanks Sarah!"

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for Saturday. You were unbelievable and i have had so many complimentary comments from guests that i wish i could record them somehow to send to you! There were lots of ladies (and i expect a few gents!) moved to tears in the church. The afternoon music was also wonderful and set the mood perfectly."

"Dear Alter Ego, Sorry this has been some time coming but just wanted to thank you for such a fantastic performance to celebrate my 50th Birthday. I have received many comments for the wonderful evening that was had by everyone and just wanted to pass on my thanks on to you all. I felt the whole evening was a very enjoyable and successful one and I managed to raise over £1500 for St Catherines Hospice which they were very pleased to receive. "I booked the 6 piece band and DJ for my fathers 60th, I looked at many bands and struggled for choice. It just so happened a friend of mine had seen The Marvellous Motown Souls at a wedding. This prompted me to book and im so glad we did. Liz was professional from the start and not a detail was missed. On the evening Liz basically coordinated the evening. Making announcements and making the party flow smoothly. Our son and daughter wanted a go on the drums which was no problem and they played the tambourine too, having loads of fun. The DJ (James) was always happy for requests and made sure nothing was missed. We met beforehand and James asked if there is any music we like, we requested older music and then more dance songs to end the evening. We were handed glow sticks and the band finished with their 90s medley, then the DJ took over and carried on with a dance set which was brilliant. This band goes far beyond just playing some music. What a great set of people to have as part of your party. 110% recommended, you will not be disappointed."

"The Blaggers were absolutely brilliant and exactly what we were after. This was a big corporate party for a young audience and they were fun and a modern take on a ceilidh band. I highly recommend them for any event as they would be great regardless of audience."

You are all very talented and entertaining you are truly the best and am so glad Paul and Sue introduced you many years ago to everyone. I am sure we will see you again at other events hopefully this year."

"Hi. We just want to thank you again for an amazing night. You really made our evening such a success. All of our guests have commented how great you were and you even got people on the dance floor that don't usually dance (in public anyway). You nailed our first dance song, couldn't of been happier with it. You were prompt in setting up and gave 110% all night. Again thank you for a wonderful time."
