"Surrey Strings arrived promptly, set up with no fuss in 2 locations (church and wedding reception) and played beautifully. Many guests commented on the excellence of the performance and we were delighted by contribution made to the atmosphere of the day. The responsiveness to requests made in advance for particular pieces also helped set the perfect tone for the two distinct performances. Highly recommended."

"As our wedding was greatly effected due to C19 restrictions and all our guests were so looking forward to the day we were looking for something a little different. At very short notice we found "Devon Strings" which proved to be the best choice we could have made. Communication was clear, prompt and really efficient, individual music choices accommodated all in the most professional manner. On arrival the quartet were absolutely brilliant, went through last minute details and the wedding began. Words really do seem inadequate to describe the brilliant standard of performance, professionalism and versatility of the quartet, and the great pleasure their music gave to everyone present, they turned our wedding day into an unforgettable day for all. "After deciding to hire a string quartet for our wedding we searched around for the perfect match and came across Flux Ensemble. From our first interaction Martin was so helpful and answered all of our questions promptly - even offering to try and tie in with the dress code and colour theme on the day which such a thoughtful touch. My fiancé and I were able to look through the extensive repertoire and select our own songs for the ceremony and drinks reception - we were spoiled for choice. When it came around to our wedding, from start to finish the music was absolutely perfect and really completed and made our day. We’ve had no end of guests tell us since how unique it was to have Flux Ensemble there and how truly special it made the wedding ceremony and reception. We are so grateful to Martin, Natalee, Sandy and Natalie and hopefully we can find another occasion to book them again soon."
