"We booked the string quartet for our daughter’s wedding at Rockbeare Manor on Easter Sunday. Put simply, they were awesome and elegantly set the scene for the special day. "The Ebor Quartet was one of the highlights of our wedding day! They arrived on time and were professional but lovely throughout their 3 hour booking. We were able to request 3 songs for them to learn for our ceremony, and we asked them to play their pop repertoire during the drinks reception. They played everything beautifully and were complimented by all of our guests! Before the wedding, the main email contact was Conor who was hugely helpful, responsive and clear with his answers to our questions. This quartet is a must-have for any event! "

"A great addition to our special day!! Astri Strings played beautifully for our ceremony, in what is quite a nervous an emotional time the ladies played songs that mean a lot to me and my wife and really made the ceremony exactly what we had dreamed of. Jude was excellent ahead of the event, ensuring we had the perfect song list and timings for the day. A number of our guests also commented on how lovely the music was. Many thanks Dec 23 "

"Thank you so much to Scotland Strings playing beautiful pieces of music throughout our wedding ceremony at Mansfield Traquair 29th March 2015. The string quartet created the most amazing and romantic atmosphere as our guests arrived, and it made the moment I walked down the aisle feel magical. They continued through our drinks reception, keeping our guests delighted and entertained while we snuck away for some time with the photographer. I would definitely recommend The Quartet – a talented and professional group of musicians playing effortless and seamless renditions of popular and traditional music. "Dorchester Strings were incredible! They played beautifully during our drinks receptions, where is was so lovely to have them playing in the background. They mostly played modern music, that we had requested, so many guests commented saying it was like Bridgerton! Hearing them play was one of the highlights of our day, the only downside was we should have had them for longer as we had to go away for photos during part of our drinks receptions. We would highly recommend Dorchester Strings for any event and perfect for any wedding! "
