"A rather large portion of our guest list was made up of professional musicians and West End musical theatre performers. So, trying to find a band that could make an impression on such a crowd was always going to be a challenge. After trawling through endless sound clips on the internet, we had not found a band that even came close. Then one click later, the voice of Cherie Gears somehow managed to fill the room, even through the tiny speakers of our laptop. The next day, we had our band booked. And what a band! This is a band that's so good they had the dance floor full on their sound check! Turns out we had nothing to worry about, every one of our guests loved the music and they were not shy in telling us so. You guys really did over deliver and we couldn't recommend you highly enough. Cannot wait for the opportunity to book you guys again!"

"Wow! Wow! Wow! If you’re looking for an incredible charismatic band & singer that works the crowd and brings a wonderfully fun & positive atmosphere then look no further than these guys. Ian is an amazingly talented singer, and we would completely recommend and book again. They performed at my husbands 40th birthday and made the event so special, everyone said how amazing they were. "Dear Anne, Thank you so much for your beautiful playing and for leading the orchestra for our rehearsal and concert on Saturday. Thanks too for being so helpful during the preparation process over the past few months and for all your emails and messages to players - it makes a real difference. It's such a treat for the choir to sing with orchestra and the singers seem to have really enjoyed themselves. A number of people (choir, soloists, audience) commented afterwards on how moving the 'Prayer for Ukraine' was. Looking forward to seeing you in December for the Vaughan Williams programme. "We’ve had a good few bands at Bearwood Lakes events over the years, and when it came to my Captain’s Day it was my turn to make the booking! I picked Hopwood 5 and have to say they absolutely smashed it, comfortably the best band we’ve had there!! Great musicians, an up-beat playlist, and a fantastic way to round off a memorable day for me! I have no doubt they’ll be back at some point! Book them, you won’t regret it!"
