"We originally booked Stargazers for our wedding in 2022, and we were so pleased to finally have them at our wedding in 2023 after it was moved due to illness. They were incredible in the run up to the event, and on the day their performance blew us away. Every guest commented how amazing they were, their set list was such a brilliant mix of classics and new songs, to have our first dance with them was a real pleasure! I couldn't recommend them enough!! Thank you to you all for making the wedding night truly memorable for us all - if we ever need a live band in the future then we will definitely be getting in touch! AMAZING!! "

"The ceilidh went amazingly well! The dance floor was full all evening. I put it down to Eddy and Mike, who played tunes with such an exciting beat that you just couldn’t stay still. The caller was huge fun. I highly recommend the band."

"Black Velvet Band provided a five piece ceilidh band and caller for the finale of the Hawkins’ team building event. We thought the room would be too big – but we were wrong! The band brought an absolute gem of a caller, who read the crowd perfectly and the dance floor was full throughout the evening. We could have done with a larger space! The band was superb and the event was enjoyed by all concerned. I thoroughly recommend the band."

"We hired this band for my mum's 60th birthday hoedown, and they were absolutely outstanding! From the moment they started, they set the perfect vibe for the party. Their use of various instruments added a fantastic depth to the performance, and they kept everyone on their feet with line dancing that was so much fun. The entertainment package they provided went beyond our expectations, with a perfect mix of lively tunes and great energy. They truly made the party unforgettable. "We loved having Sarah perform here for our first 'Pride Night' since before Covid! She has a great voice and repertoire of songs to choose from, including the ability to request songs via Instagram message that works brilliantly! IF you're after someone to give a nice relaxed vibe whilst enjoying the moment then she's your gal! Certainly looking to book her in again soon!"

"Jack is awesome!!! We hired Jack to play at our friend hen's do, he played the songs we requested and learnt some new ones for us. The vibe that Jack was able to create was perfect! He was like an old friend playing the guitar and singing for us. We had the best time singing and dancing, it was pretty special, and all our friends loved it! If you need a great musician with a great personality, Jack is the guy for you!! To Jack: Thanks again for everything!!"

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "

"Mira K Duo were sensational at our music festival wedding! They played a tricky late afternoon/early evening time and absolutely nailed it! They got the balance just right and had the guests dancing throughout. We asked for quite a country-style set and they delivered, with beautiful voices accompanied by two guitars, it was absolutely perfect for the vibe of our wedding. They even learned Chicken Fried for us which was amazing!!! So many people have commented on how much they enjoyed the set, and it really set the vibe up for the rest of the evening. THANK YOU Mira K Duo for being such a huge part of our festival day and making it so amazing! "
