"We found ‘The Upbeats musical duo’ online and contacted them. They were quick to get back to us and communicating with them via email was easy throughout the preparations for our wedding reception. Peter and Rachel recommended the music for us, which was perfect, but were more than happy for us to give them a list of other music if we had so wanted. From the moment they began singing, everyone was up dancing. We did ask for a particular song for our first dance and Peter and Rachel were only too happy to accommodate. We had the most amazing night, as did our guests. We highly recommend Peter and Rachel and will definitely be calling upon them for future parties. "

We wanted our guests to have a good time with good music, and House of Chords absolutely smashed it. "We were lucky enough to have Radio Dukes play our wedding reception. We hired the 5 piece band, and can confidently and overwhelmingly recommend them! They were fantastic. Us and our guests were up and dancing straight away, and their great mix of funk, rock and indie was a real crowd pleaser. They were really talented, professional, quick to respond to messages and flexible to our timings. Brilliant!"

"Super talented band, fun friendly and amazing performers and professional to work with. The floor was filled all night. Our wedding guests were blown away by the unique medleys and talent this band displayed, even those who were musically trained picked up the extra effort and requests the band dropped in just because the band love music and performing so much. Book them!"

"Dealing with Shakers Gold was an absolute pleasure – at every stage. They responded to any query quickly and efficiently (which certainly set them apart from other bands we investigated). They kept in contact all the way through from booking to the event. Their website demonstrates how seriously Chris and the others take their business. On the night they arrived, set up with no fuss, put on an amazing performance, played the music we wanted to hear in between their sets and made our ‘wedding do’ the ‘party’ we had wished for. "Due to lockdown, our festival themed birthday, wedding anniversary became an intimate concert with limited guests. These amazing guys were not phased and gave us some fabulous entertainment. Excellent repertoire, lovely voices and range of songs. We were singing along in no time. Without a doubt , if the occasion arises, we would have these gentlemen back. Anne"

"Took a chance booking The Leathernecks for a charity event with other bands on but so glad as these boys love to play and enjoy playing not only covers but some stunning original songs which really highlighted their musicianship. I think they are from or based in Sheffield but if you get the chance to go see them anywhere, you will not be disappointed & I can't wait to see them again."
