"Ben, thank you so much for playing such fabulous music for us at our end of term staff party. We gave you the briefest description of what we wanted and you certainly delivered. Everyone enjoyed themselves those who love to dance and others who live to listen and watch. The range of songs were perfect for a mixed age group. You were so good that only half way through your first set I was told to re-book the band for our Christmas party. Thank you again, we will definitely see you all again! "

"Dinner Jazz played at our wedding. They fit the mood of the day perfectly with a wide range of songs, that had all of our guests singing their praises. They were professional, courteous and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a jazz band to make their event memorable."

"Edina gave a superb performance accompanied by her guitar duo De Fuego, for a private party my family was hosting in a bar in Central London. Together they created a stupendous upbeat atmosphere which worked very well in contributing to the mood of the Spanish bar where the party was hosted. Both artists were unrelentingly smiley and engaging with their audience. I would definitely recommend Edina as a performer for any occasion or event. "

"We had seen this band before booking them for our wedding, so we had the highest expectations of them and somehow they still managed to surpass them! An absolutely perfect choice for our special day. Do not underestimate the impact of a good ceilidh band for a wedding or other party function as it breaks the ice amongst all the guests and never fails to get everyone up dancing, whether sober or not-so-sober! We only married yesterday and already have guests messaging us requesting The Blue Jewel's details!"

"Well, it's taken a while to come down from the high of the Village Harvest Party. Even now, a month after the great gig you played for us, I'm still being asked how I knew about you and where you were from. I'd had in mind for years, to have you play for my 60th in the Village square. The set was every bit as good as when first I saw you play Fulford many years back. We've been supporting bands since the mid 90's, but I have to say, no act has been better! Now evey one is asking if you'll be back to do it again! A massive heartfelt thank to you all."

"Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band have been playing at our annual barn dance for the last few years and I can't recommend them highly enough. We are a befriending service providing support and activities for the over 50s to promote social inclusion and independent living. As part of our Active Steps programme which offers weekly dance classes across Plymouth, we organise one-off events including ceilidhs. Blue Jewel always bring out the best in our participants with their great music and friendly, approachable manner - it is the highlight of our year! "

"We are so delighted with The Electric Lights performance at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel! We could not have picked a better band. They were very entertaining and always had people on the dance floor! The lead singer interacted with us during the show, they even wore masks of the groom’s face which was really funny! Our guests did not want them to stop. Thank you so very much for a wonderful performance!!"

"Huge thanks to the band who played at our wedding in September at Rudby Hall! They were great from start to finish. They covered our first dance brilliantly and from then on the dance floor was full! The band knew exactly how to get the party going and we didn’t want it to end!
