"Craig and I wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the rest of the band for playing at our wedding last weekend. The ceilidh went better than we could have hoped for and we have had so many comments from our family and friends saying how much they enjoyed it! We really appreciated all the patient instructions, (especially as most of us weren't familiar with the dances!) and thank you for accommodating all of our guests so everyone could join in. We also realise that our timings for the evening went a bit awry as the meal went on longer than planned, so we are really grateful to you for being so flexible and playing until later than planned.  The ceilidh really was the perfect end to our wedding day so thank you for making it such a success! "

"Southwest played at my husbands 40th birthday party and were such nice guys and totally brilliant musicians. Their playlist was varied and perfect for what we wanted. They were happy to learn a song that I wanted and played requests through the evening. The fact they they played acoustic and then dj’d till the end made the night run smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Thanks for such a fantastic night."

"The Cheers performed at our wedding in August 2021. They were absolutely fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time dancing. The acoustic duo were brilliant too. We couldn’t have wished for a better evening. Ben was great over the last 18 months especially as we had to delay twice but he was very reassuring and we managed to get the day we always wanted in the end. I would highly recommend The Cheers"

"We recently hosted a special joint celebration for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and our recent wedding, and we had the pleasure of having Goldsworth Gerry perform at our event. They were absolutely brilliant! From the moment they started playing, they brought an incredible energy that set the perfect tone for the night. Their set list was a fantastic mix that catered to everyone, getting guests of all ages up on their feet and dancing. The band’s musicianship was top-notch with excellent sound and equipment, and their performance added so much joy to an already special day. "We had the band recommended to us for our wedding day and we certainly weren't disappointed. The dancefloor was full immediately and their range of songs (both current and classics) we're popular across all the ages of our guests (including my 87 year old Gran who I found on the dancefloor at midnight going strong to Mr Brightside!). They really got the evening going when they kicked off the first set and they we're that good that I (the bride) spent the whole of the first set on the dancefloor instead of working the room! "

"Excellent. The band were superb. They played for my 60th birthday party and the music was excellent quality and just right for the varied aged audience. They had us all up dancing but people were still able to chat as the volume was just right. . They were very professional in terms of communication, punctuality and quality of sound and music. I wish I could have another celebration to hire them again!!"

"Jimmy was amazing! He was super friendly and really accommodating. We were quite specific with the songs we wanted him to play but he was happy to be flexible. We really appreciated the call from Jimmy a couple of weeks before the wedding, on the day he was organised and everything ran on time. The music was great and he did a fantastic job! Thank you very much! "
