Review Centre: Covers Bands

"We booked Stereobeats for our wedding in a converted barn near Edinburgh (Cairns Farm Estate). We simply saw them online and thought they looked right up our street - best decision we ever made! The band arrived in plenty of time and were both cheerful and helpful as they set up. They made sure we were happy with how they planned to go about their set and also gave us advice without being pushy about how we could go about our first dance etc. They provided the perfect balance with a few ceilidh numbers to get everyone on the dance floor before moving on the floor fillers from their extensive playlist. Their musical and vocal quality was immense and we have had so many comments about how good they were as a band. On top of this, when my bride noticed they were playing her favourite track they even encouraged her to come up and sing the vocal (she sounded awful btw). The crowd loved it. I would recommend Stereobeats to anyone who wants to ensure their dance floor remains busy, lively and positive all night, whether for a wedding or other event."

"Deciding to add ‘live’ walk up music for the awards presentation itself was a first for us, and the decision proved right. The ‘stings’ ranged from intense to amusing - our Managing Editor walked up to the Mission Impossible theme - and caused one of our guests to remark that it was ‘just like the Oscars’. On the sheer entertainment side of things, check out this band. They are awesome. "

"There are certain things that can make or break an occasion and Junction 2 certainly did not disappoint to make it for us on our special day! Absolutely superb! People have not stopped talking about what a great band you are! "I think judging by all the messages and the photographs, everybody had such a fabulous time. Everything about the music was just perfect, a great mix of songs and yourself and the band fitted in with all our wishes, everything was timed so well. "We booked Absolute Company for a special event we were hosting at a cinema- they were superb. Despite giving them a lot of information at the last minute, they were flexible and forthcoming and really had our audience dancing and cheering. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!"

"One of the few things I was entrusted with sorting for our wedding was the music and I am so glad I booked the SteroBeats. The dance floor was packed the full night and their set was great mix for all music tastes, safe to say it went down an absolute treat. "The Confidential were amazing we could not be happier! We booked the acoustic duo for our drinks reception which set the scene perfectly for our chilled atmosphere and we have the 5 piece band for the evening to get the party started! "I would definitely recommend They Got The Party to anyone who wants a busy dance floor! They played at our wedding and everyone commented on how great the music was and the fantastic atmosphere.
