"We had absolute play at our wedding and they were honestly better then I could have ever imagined. Steve and Geoff are absolutely lovely and were so friendly and accommodating up to the event. They even learned our first dance song for us. They made our day so special. Also the vocals are SO GOOD. "OMG wow Jamie is AMAZING and I am not just saying that, he really is amazing. Lovely guy, really chilled out. Fun, lively atmosphere, exactly what I wanted. All my guests said how good Jamie was, everyone was up dancing. Spoke with Jamie a week before to finalise details. Highly recommend Jamie, you will not be disappointed."

"We had such a great time with the band at our wedding last weekend! All our guests had a great laugh and really loved the dancing. We may not have a career in dancing but it definitely was fun! We also really appreciate the band calling out a dance for our first dance. It was so much nicer than swaying on a dance floor to a slow song in front of everyone. "

" Black Velvet Band Irish Duo came to play at the Christmas Party for our CrossFit Gym held in the farmhouse on the site; they were easy and helpful to deal with from the start; everything clear and simple to follow. The performance was perfect for the occasion and Mike and his colleague were easy going and a pleasure to have around. They spent time with a guest who wanted to learn how to play one of the instruments and were great for getting people up and dancing. Thoroughly recommend the Irish Duo! "
