"Mark was super. Arrived early, familiarised himself with the set up of the day, played music and sung throughout the day and everyone got up and had a dance. He had such a wide variety of songs, there was something for everyone. "

Adam was a great communicator, and it was a pleasure sharing our wedding day with you and the band. "Luke and the rest of the band were absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations and truly made the day extra special. Right from the music for the ceremony through to the first dances and the whole set...they were fantastic. They really looked like they were enjoying it too and their enthusiasm didn't falter even on the last song! All of our guests have commented on how good they were and how they made the night. The fact that the dance floor was always full speaks volumes and we would highly recommend Absolute for any event. A heartfelt thank you to Luke and all of the band for a truly amazing performance and for making our day extra special! "The Band was superb in guiding us through the preparation for its gig - our wedding reception no less - not least of all in its patience with our frequent delays in getting back with requested information! We asked for a "Dublin/ Temple Bar" feel to the gig and that is what we got in spades. We have no doubt that the Band would have presented other music styles equally as well. Our 80 plus guests loved the performance, as did the 10 or so staff at the reception venue. The manager of our local folk club booked the Band - taking its details that very same night - for a club performance at date to be arranged. The Band's fee for the evening was very competitive for the performance and the help we were given in its preparation. The Band arrived in good time, set up quickly and demobilised swiftly and tidily. Please feel free to contact us via the booking agent - who was also superb - if you might wish to verify this volunteered reference. "

"Lilac and Remko rock! Absolutely one of the highlights of our day was seeing a kick-ass 8 piece get the whole room dancing to our Motown-inspired playlist. They helped with curation to ensure we picked the right floor-fillers and chucked in a couple of modern classics and a vocal cameo from one of our guests in, too. We really can't recommend them enough. Everything was smooth and our day was honestly even better because of them ."
