"We had the pleasure of having Dusk Duo perform at the Goat on a busy Friday evening! A country village pub with a wide range of tastes in music genres throughout the customers. Dusk Duo had great feedback from our locals, very easy, feel good classic covers with great audience rapport. Accompanied also with their own gathering of followers which was nice to see a few tables of new faces in the pub. Overall a evening of great music and vibes! "

To think that I was going to go for a "Dave Double Decks Disco" - what a mistake that would have been! You made our wedding so memorable, you just can't beat live music, can you? "Hello Jimmy I just wanted to say a huge T H A N K Y O U to you and the band for your performance at my birthday bash at the weekend, you were absolutely brilliant. You got the party started and kept everybody on their feet all night, fantastic set choice (I knew I’d made the right decision to let you choose the music) and you matched my preferences perfectly – I don’t recall any tracks that didn’t have me tapping my toes. I am especially touched by the memory of your rendition of a song played personally for me [the Palaye Royale track], which you and the band learnt specifically for my party – absolutely incredible. You should see the smile I have at this moment remembering it. There aren’t enough superlatives to properly express how grateful I am, a party needs people but people need good bouncy music to feel good and you provided the perfect soundtrack for a feel good night. The music soundtrack you selected between your sets and whilst setting up was perfect too, the party never missed a beat! You are all clearly talented musicians who know your instruments very well, as evidenced by learning the new track for me, and I would ask you to pass on my thanks to Mickey and Neil (just simply brilliant) and the irrepressible Stuart banging away on his D-Drum Dios Bubinga snare drum – he was a joy to meet! Thank you, I hope I get to see you again. "

"We engaged House of Chords for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party, and our expectations were exceeded. The whole professional, user-friendly process went smoothly from start to finish, starting with a playlist established beforehand by email/phone. The band have an impressive set of equipment, including a great lighting rig, and arrived promptly on schedule to set up and do sound checks. They produced a tight sound, with good harmony vocals, at just the right volume levels to suit the venue, – all obviously born from the many occasions they have played together. Their youthful enthusiasm was infectious, and much appreciated by us oldies."

In fact, with the ability to blow chimney pots off roofs with her incredible vocal talent, Sharlette doesn't really need a microphone either! Yet she is not just an amazing voice and a lovely face. Warm, funny and genuinely passionate about music, this girl is winning many hearts. Sharlette is a true entertainer with a gift for writing great songs. Unmissable."
