"Just wanted to send my thanks for Saturday. We had an amazing day and absolutely loved the singing and having two such friendly down to earth girls with us. Everybody remarked how good you were, how well you fitted in and even the caterers would have them back any day! I wish we could do it all over again but if I find anything that fits you in I will, be sure of that! "

"They was at Churston Golf Club on Friday 6th of May 2018, WOW! I'm a big Debbie Harry & Blondie fan and I love my ska & reggae music so was a big deal for me and I was not disappointed, they were brilliant, after just one song early in the evening they had the dance floor filled all night, sounded like Blondie too, they did songs from the Specials, Madness ,The Beat, even did an Oasis cover and many more, great entertainment, great value as they did over their time as well as everyone was shouting more, can't recommend them highly enough, they will definitely be at Churston Golf Club in Devon again. Thanks guys for a brilliant night, also played tracks from their CD on Sunday morning on my radio show. Steve ( THE Cockney Rebel) Finch"

"As a wedding venue we get to listen to a huge range of bands with prices varying from £500-£5,000. Sadly price has nothing to do -or so it seems- with professionalism, personality and ability! Jolly Polly and the Pirates is very much at the bottom end of this price spectrum, but very, very much at the top of the performance ratings! To sum them up? They are musicians with really nice personalities who have great technical ability and understanding of sound, mixing and the audience. On bass guitar and vocals is Polly, who is probably one of the most energetic singers we have come across, with great variations, presence and depth. On lead guitar (and keys) Jon has great technical skills and enthusiasm for his role in the band, and on drums (and occasionally keys at the same time!!) a drummer who actually loves his drums - at last someone who realises drums are an instrument, not an object to take out your aggression on, perhaps that is down to his experience and talent. Individually they are great - as a band they are awesome! - Certainly at the top of our list and always hoped for! Alpheton Hall Barns - Historic Suffolk Wedding Venue "

"Southwest played at my husbands 40th birthday party and were such nice guys and totally brilliant musicians. Their playlist was varied and perfect for what we wanted. They were happy to learn a song that I wanted and played requests through the evening. The fact they they played acoustic and then dj’d till the end made the night run smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys. Thanks for such a fantastic night."

"what can we say... well they were amazing from start to finish. We had over a hundred guests at the wedding and everyone commented on how amazing they were. So many people were up dancing! The only regret we have is that we weren't able to dance more! Big thank you from Mat and Sarah you guys, you helped to make our wedding so special."

"We booked Tom and Shelly from The Blue Notes after my Mum and step dad saw them at a Wedding Fair at The Plough, Eaton. They were playing there again a few later, so on their recommendation we went to see them. OMG what can we say, they are brilliant!!! On the run up to the wedding Tom was so helpful with timings and when to perform, we left the music choice up to themselves and we couldn’t recommend them enough. We actually didn’t tell anyone that we were having them perform at our wedding, all the guests loved you and you are still a talking point 5 months later. We can’t wait to see you perform again. Thank you so much!"
