Review Centre: Function Bands

"Truly the BEST band ever and the most AMAZING people, If you are reading these reviews wondering if The Players are the band for you then let me reassure you that they are...... As a Wedding Photographer I have seen my fair share of bands but The Players were an easy pick for us, they really do know how to liven up the dance floor. We let them have free reign over what music to play and they picked some corkers. All our guests were raving over them and still are 2months later..in fact our friends loved them so much they are also booking them for their wedding :) They made our first dance so special and absolutely nailed the song, so much so we liked there version more than the original, I got in touch with Paddy from The Players and asked if it was possible for them to record there version of the song so I could give it to my wife for her Birthday - a few weeks later and I have the recording - Sara is going to LOVE it!!! If you are looking for a band then I honestly can't recommend them enough, They were easy to book, answered our questions promptly, came to the venue and set up with no issues, played great music all night and got our guests on the dance floor...they smashed it. "Thank you so so much to Embassy Band for performing at our wedding last week!!!!!! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful enough, and choosing a band when you are unable to see them live is a huge gamble but this one paid off!! They are exactly like their promo video and all the interactions with the bands management and lead on the day were helpful and friendly!! The band performed our first song so wonderfully and the option of having a female and male vocals and the different genres of music was what really made them stand out from other bands!!! They knew how to bring the party, getting the dance moves going and we loved it when the vocalist come out and danced with us on the dance floor while performing! They were truly amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests!!! We would recommend Embassy 10000%!!!! You won’t regret it!! Thank you so much to all the band members who performed. "

"I hired The Romantics to play at my wedding last year - They were amazing and got everyone (which was a fairly international crowd) on the dancefloor in no time! We picked our songs and they came up with the rest. They were also really friendly and smiley with all of our guests - I highly recommend these guys. "

"The Latin Inquisition played at our wedding party on 1st June. They were helpful in the lead up to the event, answering our questions promptly. On they day they arrived plenty early to set up and very helpful in letting us play some music through their speakers when the salsa teacher's speakers were not loud enough! They did three sets and really got everyone up dancing - a lot of people commented to my how good they were. I would very highly recommend them."

"Amy and Tolek made a wonderful contribution to Mum's funeral service. Amy spent some time ensuring she was using the correct versions of the hymns and songs and the guitar accompaniment by Tolek gave a more gentle and intimate feeling. It was all we had wished for. Thank you. "
