"We booked Wigornia String Quartet after seeing them at the Wedding Show at Birmingham NEC in 2023 and we knew straight away we had to have them play at our wedding, which we recently celebrated in May this year. We really can’t thank them all enough for the most beautiful ceremony music we could have ever wished for! From walking down the aisle to our drinks reception, they delivered perfection. They brought such class and elegance to our wedding celebration and we had so many lovely compliments about their gorgeous performances from our guests, they really were stunning. Not to mention they looked fantastic and were presented so professionally. We highly recommend Wigornia String Quartet to anyone looking to book a string quartet for their events, they are wonderful. Thank you so much Wigornia, you made our day even more beautiful and we will always cherish that! ☺️✨"

"I cannot begin to thank you all enough. I am sorry that I only spoke to you so briefly on the day, I feel very bad about that, but I hope you know that from behind my tired, haven't kept down a meal for 3 days face, I was having a wonderful time and really am so grateful for how smoothly, professionally and kindly you set up, and lent us the PA and then came so quietly on the Sunday that I didn't even notice you take your things away! Most importantly though, thank you for such a wonderful party. You guys really made the evening and everyone, without fail, was absolutely riveted by you and bombarded us with praise for having found such a phenomenal band… you really were perfect. Dancing amongst the crowd one of my favourite things was hearing everyone say excitedly after each song 'what are they going to play next, what are they going to play next'. And then without fail the little bursts of 'yesssss' as you broke into yet another amazing track and pulled it off with your unfailing finesse, sending the whole dance floor into a crazy writhing mess of the kind of dancing that people save specially for weddings! Your repertoire and your astounding competence at playing each track was remarkable. Paul told me that your Bassist was standing in for someone with a broken wrist… or something like that, well you really were so good and pulled it off completely if that was the case. I had to go and have a lie down half way through the set and it was very annoying to lie there listening to great track after great track… I wanted to pause the party until I had energy enough to come and dance again. Apologies for the mix up with the cake cutting, I had no idea there was any plan to do that and I think my well meaning but slightly over zealous parents asked you guys to stop for it, whilst I was actually having a lie down upstairs and not about to go anywhere near a cake. But I don't think it spoiled anyones fun too much and the party was really fantastic. I really can't thank you enough. I know you guys had to cancel things for the evening and it was so kind of you to give us a mates rate. I will, of course, be recommending you to anyone and everyone, especially Chaucer Barn, as presumably as it's in your hood it would be a convenient regular wedding setup. Also if you need any quotes of recommendation or anything we will of course be happy to sing your praises to anyone."

"Athena were amazing. Clearly skilled musicians and play brilliantly together. They certainly went the extra mile for us last night. Everything was executed perfectly with backing tracks timed to perfection. Having live strings was a total success. I would be delighted to recommend them without reservation."

"We had this duo perform at our office party. They played everyone's favorite songs and made each song there own. They were very flexible, and quiet setting up. We will definitely be hiring them for next year's Christmas party!"

"We have booked the Debbie Boyd Band 2 years running for our annual Celebration Party, they are absolutely brilliant and keep the party going with everyone on the dance floor all night! They interact with the audience, have a fabulous catalogue of music and to top it all, the lead singer Debbie has an amazing voice! We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the dance floor full all evening."

"We booked the guys to play their part in our party themed on New York in the late 50s ( like West Side Story). The perfect choice as it turned out. They even worked a couple of new songs into their set. Would see them again when playing one of their more regular gigs in town. Highly recommended!"

"Absolute band played at our civil partnership party and really brought a lively atmosphere! We all enjoyed the mix of traditional Irish tunes and classic hits, and they played songs to get people up and dancing. Particularly special was they learned specific songs for me to sing with them (as a surprise for my partner), and helped me with the singing which was much appreciated. They also played songs from their set list that we requested, which was great. The band members were really friendly and great to chat to. Thanks so much! Ro & Tom, Wedding in Bath – 9th July 2022 "
