"Dear Anne, Just wanted to say thank you for the music at our Golden wedding/birthday party on board the Sabrina on 10th July. Your choice of music was very good with something for everybody. I’m sorry you had to play in such cramped conditions, but it was lovely to have you there - really lifted the spirits. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and thankfully the weather was kind to us and didn’t rain until it was time to go home. thanks once again, We did enjoy it, and courtesy of the recording made by my youngest grandson, can listen again to your lovely playing of Elgar's "salut d'amour' any time we like - the sound is good on the recording, though the picture leaves something to be desired. "Really pleased with Bowfiddle Strings. They played at my party as guests arrived and managed a modern twist to my eclectic taste in music. Dealt with Laura, who organised it all for me. Made suggestions that were great, as I had no idea really idea to begin with. Would use again and have already been to a concert that they have played at. The quality of playing was / is splendiferous, and we had many complimentary comments made about Bowfiddle Strings at the party."

"We booked the Magenta string duo for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. The ladies were fantastic and very professional. The music was beautiful and all our guests commented what a lovely touch it was to have a live duo at our wedding. We only had 50 guests so wanted subtle entertainment and the duo was perfect for this. In the lead up to the booking, their communication was great and they were very helpful and organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Magenta Strings to anyone looking to add a touch of class to a special occasion. "

"Just a quick note to say thank you to you and your colleagues for providing the beautiful string music for our wedding. The song choices for the ceremony worked so well and were played perfectly, and certainly added to what was already a very emotional room full of people! I wish I had heard more of the music but unfortunately I was outside welcoming guests for a large part, but the comments from our guests were very positive. We will certainly recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again."

Walking the Aisle to Pretty Woman was a dream come true, a real pinch me moment which I will never forget. Our wedding guests still message and speak to us about the amazing songs which were played and how incredible you all were, a church full of love and atmosphere you could just feel it by having you play was the perfect setting for our guests. "We booked Astri Strings for our celebration event at The Post Barn, Newbury. Jude was a delight to deal with during the booking stage, gave us a lovely pre-event call to check everything was in order and arrived as planned on the day. Jude and Vicki provided the perfect background music for our event with a gorgeous mix of Classical and Bridgerton style music to welcome guests arriving. Everyone appreciated having live musicians as they looked fabulous and sounded fantastic. Thank you both, from the WD Farmers team, for making our event extra special. July 2024 "

"We had Ben and his wonderful team at our Wedding at Coombe Abbey, all we can say is WOW....We can't thank you guys enough for making our day so special you were amazing from the minute we set off behind you outside the ceremony to the end of the reception drinks...all our guests literally couldn't believe it...all of us could have just stayed there all afternoon listening to you guys.
