"South West Band played the most amazing set for our wedding evening at The Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey in December 2023. From the initial chat with Henry over the phone, where he provided lots of details and tips for the wedding day, to Lauren, who was great in the run-up to the big day and helped us with any queries. Requesting Coldplay for our first dance was no problem for them and they played a worldie in The Pogues to close out their set with some Christmas spirit. The addition of the DJ set to extend the entertainment was well worth it. The lads on the night were great fun and up for a laugh. Despite never meeting them previously, they felt like our friends. Thank you again South West Band!"

"To sing for BBC Children in Need it was so kind of the brilliant Sinatra/Rat Pack/Swinger to sing for us at Boots in Lancaster, give his time and talent and raise £225 in a couple of hours. My goodness what a talent we were so lucky he brought a real crowd in but due to rules and data protection can’t share how much people loved him."

"The Cheers played at our wedding in August 2017 and were absolutely fantastic! Brilliant performers and genuinely lovely people. Guests of all ages were dancing and have since commented on how good the band were. Ben is extremely organised and responds to emails very promptly. He also kindly put together a bespoke playlist which we played during dinner before they arrived. We would highly recommend The Cheers to anyone. Many thanks to all of the band for doing such a great job on our wedding day!"

"Brian and band stole the show. A wide range of songs and a few Irish tunes thrown in for good measure. He had all of our guests up dancing from the very beginning!"

"Amazing Band We had Pink Champagne play for us on January the 14 th for a 60 th Birthday for the second time . They are very friendly, always smiling and played great music. They also offer a DJ at a separate cost for after the band .,We wouldn’t use anyone else now and we highly recommend Laura & her Band . "

"The band did a brilliant job at my wedding. They really got the crowd going and played a great selection of songs. In amongst all the stress of organising a wedding, the band was one thing I didn't need to worry about. Ben was really responsive to my questions and to the last minute requests that I had. "Gary and Evrod have just played for us at the weekend and they were fantastic. They played for about 70 people at our garden party and everyone raved about their performance for days after, and I'm sure they will get many bookings from it. "Went to my brothers 6oth at weekend, warning, this act was terrible! I have a pub in kent and have many single acts who are cheaper an so much better that this one lucky the dj dug the party out of the mire!!"

The facts are that only positive comments were received on the night. My, and most other artists’ fees are clearly displayed on this website. For the record, specific, constructive criticism is most welcome and always carefully considered and evaluated.

"We took a bit of a risk booking the band having not seen them live and only listened to clips online. It was the best risk I've ever taken. If you think they sound good via audio or video clips then I can assure you they're 10 times better live. The band were extremely accommodating and well managed. Mitch was excellent in answering all questions we had prior to the event. From first song to last the band were amazing, even the music they provide during the interval and as they pack up was perfect. The mix of songs from the set list was perfect, the dance floor was full all night and people were chanting for more at the end. It made a perfect day even more special. We would recommend them to anyone, you will not be disappointed. Thanks guys, you were amazing. "
