Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"Cannot recommend these guys enough - SWB played our wedding on 30/09 and absolutely blew the roof off the place. We’ve had so many people tell us how much they enjoyed the music, and they even squeezed in a last-minute cover of break stuff when one of our best men requested it. Safe to say that set the tone for the rest of the night! Nothing was too much trouble, from the time we booked all the way up to the day itself. Henry and Lauren stayed in touch throughout, making sure our first dance was sorted in advance and even asking what our favourite (and least favourite) artists were so that they could tailor the set. Shaun and the band were BRILLIANT on the night, and were very understanding when the dance floor got a little excitable - thank you for being such great guys! We had the best night, and so did our guests."

"It was a great pleasure to work with you. Everyone was unanimous and strong. There was a great deal of praise for the string quartet, yourself especially and I feel very lucky to have had your expertise and experience to support the choir. It would be good to do a repeat performance but I do not know when that could be. I have a summer concert in May to work on now and the Christmas concerts 2018 and 2019 . If I leave it too long then of course the singers will forget the music and I will have to put in a lot of work to bring it back. Thank you once again for your marvellous music making. It has been absolutely great It is going to be a hard act to follow. Best Wishes, "

"What a great night. Everyone had a great time . My friends , Max And Anita have asked me to say thankyou very much for performing at their 50th birthday party, they really enjoyed the night. You really got everybody up dancing.I have given quite a few people your contact details, I hope you dont mind. Your range of music was excellent,you entertained the old and the young. "Blue Jewel were absolutely fantastic at our April wedding! Many of our guests had never been to a Ceilidh before, but Steve and the band made sure that everyone got involved and had a brilliant time - I think everyone made it to the dance floor at some point, and many never left! The band were flexible with timings on the night and professional throughout, making for a truly enjoyable evening. We are so pleased that we booked you, and highly recommend you to anyone considering a Ceilidh. Thanks again, Hannah and Joe x"

"We had Latina Festivale at one of our Terrace parties... Latina Festivale put on a great show and our guests definitely enjoyed the night. They created a warm and lively atmosphere and we were really impressed with their repertoire, they sang in English and Spanish. The feedback from our guests was also very positive. "

"The Laurels played at our wedding and were fantastic, everything we wanted. They are professional, friendly and clearly talented. Everything was easy to arrange, we tailored our playlist, they were prompt and totally self sufficient, played a couple of great sets and mingled seamlessly in their breaks. Loads of our favourite songs, all beautifully sang in a great acoustic style. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - thanks so much. "

"We chose this group to play at our wedding reception. It was important to us for our guests to have a good time and we wanted that dance floor full! We had previously seen them at their other gigs and were so impressed with how they got the party started and they sure did not disappoint. They play a mix style of songs to reach out to all age groups and our dance floor was full from beginning to end. The singer's voice is amazing, she just connects and engages with the crowd effortlessly. The lads play with such passion it was hard not to get up and dance! So many of our guests commented on how amazing the band were. We would 100% recommend this band."

"I just cannot rate these guys enough. They can really give you value for your money, and provide an excellent night. Our wedding was the third time we heard these guys play, and they stepped up their game even more. The hotel specifically mentioned how impressed they were by the quality of the band and so many guests have come back saying how great you were.The pre-information gives you plenty of options of lineup and allows you to tailor your song choice - the range of genres these guys can do is very impressive. They also know how to take a song list and use it to work the audience. That day was the best day of my life, and you guys played an important part of that. If you book these guys, you will not be disappointed!"
