"I just wanted to send you a quick email to say we had a rip roaring old night at the Burns Supper last night and the band loved it themselves! We had a packed dance floor all night although it was a form of disorganised chaos for the most part but everyone had the time of their lives and are mad keen to come again!"

Everyone including my reluctant new non-dancing husband, his elderly father and my frail old frail uncle were up dancing to your performance. "Absolutely brilliant band and lovely people as well. partnered with the venue they were fantastic. We cannot rate them highly enough. All of our guests have said how great they were, the dance floor was packed for the full 3 hour set. They finished off the day day perfectly and we could not ask for anymore than that. A shame 1 o'clock came round so soon as we were keen for 'several more'. They are awesome. "

"We booked Chunk of Funk to help us celebrate a significant family occasion. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The party was originally booked for 2020 but due to Covid it had to be postponed. Steve was happy to hold the booking for as long as we needed and throughout communication was first rate. On the day, they fitted in with everything else that was happening seamlessly. They provided two sets of one hour each and there wasn't a song that wasn't met with whoops and cheers from our guests. They were also more than happy to accommodate song requests. The band were brilliant and the singers exceptional. I would absolutely recommend that anyone booking Chunk of Funk go all out and book the whole band, with brass section, as it makes a huge difference. Chunk of Funk are definitely up there as one of the best party bands. "

"The Marvellous Motown Souls played our wedding and absolutely smashed it. We had old classics, pop favourites, slow dances and head bangers. I would describe it as dance floor rocking, glow stick throwing, inflatable guitar weilding, music madness! The whole dancefloor was packed from the start and we've heard nothing but great reviews from all our guests. Thank you so much for including our random requests and making it a night to remember. Stacey and I will be recommending you guys to all our friends and hopefully we'll see you soon!"
