"I can't recommend this band highly enough for any wedding or party. We booked them for our wedding in April and they were just brilliant. They had even the most reluctant dancers up on their feet with their varied and lively set list. The DJ service they provided between sets and once they had finished was great as well. They were smart, professional and above all just so, so much fun. I haven't danced so much in years!"

"Hi Glen , you were amazing at my beautiful party last Sunday. A big thankyou to you and Paul for entertaining us all at my 70th birthday celebrations! You were wonderful, enjoyed by all. The weather was fantastic and you looked great sat up on your stage. Your repertoire was fab and like I said all my guests and my family thoroughly enjoyed listening to you! Some of us even had a little dance. I was so lucky with the weather, I get very emotional talking about it as I loved it so much and will remember it forever. "They recently played at our customer event in Shelsley Walsh and were a great new addition to the event. Playing over the lunchtime period, they provided entertainment to our customers who gave nothing but excellent feedback on their performance. We are really looking forward to seeing them at our next event in August. I would definitely recommend them and will look to use them for any future events. They are quite simply great and amazing. Would highly recommend if you want to have a good night and get the party started."

"Dear Alter Ego, Sorry this has been some time coming but just wanted to thank you for such a fantastic performance to celebrate my 50th Birthday. I have received many comments for the wonderful evening that was had by everyone and just wanted to pass on my thanks on to you all. I felt the whole evening was a very enjoyable and successful one and I managed to raise over £1500 for St Catherines Hospice which they were very pleased to receive. "Although not 5 piece as requested, 4 piece was more than sufficient. (It saved £100 as well). We did dances not done before plus two/ three favourites so really good. The calling was good and as usual patience was required in sorting out the muddles!! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, so a big thank you to the DGB ceilidh band and we would definitely recommend them and have them again."
