"Both Alexis and I would like to say a huge thank you for the superb job you did at our Wedding. You were a pleasure to work with before the event and your performance on the night was absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for taking the time to learn Jewish Wedding 2 the words for the Israeli dancing for us also- we really appreciated that! Your ability to read the crowd was great, you got everybody singing and the wide range of music you play meant there was something for everyone. My particular favourite was the unbelievable Billie Jean/Smells Like Teen-Spirit combo you played towards the end! Overall we had an amazing time and our Wedding would not have been the same without The Talent. Thank you so much!"

"The choice of band proved to be the perfect one. I booked five musicians to play swing and jazz for while our guests were dining. Little did I know a family member had arranged a special song close to me and my wife to be performed at the end. Everybody joined us to dance and the band went into some Motown songs and everyone kept dancing for an extra half an hour. I am so grateful to James and the band for their efforts. Brilliant musicians, but it goes beyond just playing music, they care about fine details to make your event special and were so charming with guests and family members. I had everybody comment on the entertainment and I personally recommend The Marvellous Motown Souls!"

"Hi Larissa, We were looking through our wedding photos from France recently and we were reminded what an awesome job you guys did for us. I don't think we were able to thank you properly so just wanted to drop you an email to thank you so much for the amazing job you did. The rendition of dear friends was incredible and the music (and Spotify DJing) really made the day. Everyone commented on how great the music was throughout, so hats off to you. "These guys were beyond awesome. Great at communicating before our wedding and we’re very easy setting up and getting ready. Their performance was just excellent and loads of guests commented on how great they were. Cannot recommend highly enough 10/10!!"

"Dealing with Shakers Gold was an absolute pleasure – at every stage. They responded to any query quickly and efficiently (which certainly set them apart from other bands we investigated). They kept in contact all the way through from booking to the event. Their website demonstrates how seriously Chris and the others take their business. On the night they arrived, set up with no fuss, put on an amazing performance, played the music we wanted to hear in between their sets and made our ‘wedding do’ the ‘party’ we had wished for. "When we started planning our wedding we knew we didn’t want a typical rock/pop band and began our search for a fun, modern, high energy band and luckily found Overdrive. Nora & Josh were so lovely from the start and understood exactly the style we wanted. They were amazing on the day, our guests didn’t even realise it was a live performance at the beginning. They kept the party going until late and so many people complimented Nora’s voice. Thank you so much for being part of our special day."

"Celebrations at the Petersham Hotel are always a special event however this New Years Eve was one to remember. Our guests all agreed that the choice of musicians was inspired and they were the icing on the cake to an already memorable atmosphere. Can't recommend them enough. We have already booked them up for next year! Thank you Simone and Alex! "
