Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"Where do I start? Well I wanted a band for my 50th Birthday Party. A band that would suit all ages, as 8-86 year olds present, along with a fair few teenagers.....and get everyone up and dancing and having fun. I had only seen a few videos online and read the reviews, so it felt like a gamble. But it wasn't at all and I couldn't have asked for more! They were perfect! And everyone did enjoy it, including the teenagers and everyone else. I had so many compliments about the band and people asking where I had found them etc. I really couldn't have been happier - well apart from the fact it was my birthday and I had to speak to everyone, so really would have liked more time dancing and enjoying the band myself! Kris is very charismatic and all the band got involved in the fun. The crowd loved it when they came off stage and played in amongst them dancing and Kris's moves and costume changes etc. Kris was easy to deal with, all communications acknowledged and responded to. I got to write the set list too, plus they provided a play list between their sets. There was really nothing to fault. I would highly recommended this band for a fantastic, full of fun and dancing party! THANK YOU ALL! "

"The acoustic experiment were the perfect choice for our wedding. Their music appeals to all ages and the dancefloor was lively from the moment they started playing. Al and Ollie were also able to play our first dance live and fulfil a number of other requests to make the occasion personal and very memorable. "

"Shakers Gold were amazing at our Xmas function. They provided an acoustic set during the meal which was unbelievable. They really set the scene. Then after the meal provide great tunes which everyone was up dancing to. Can't recommend them enough. We will definitely use them again in the future"

"We booked Kirsty for our wedding and we are super happy we did. Kirsty contacted us before the day to discuss all the details and our preferences. She was happy for us to send over a playlist of our favourite songs. I knew from her fantastic and prompt communication prior to the wedding that Kirsty was going to be great and it really put us at ease. On the day she was so organised, professional and relaxed. She chatted to us and our guests prior to the set which was lovely. We loved the set and so did our guests. We would recommend Kirsty for any wedding - she was brilliant. "This band played at my mother's 70th birthday party. They were excellent. Really accommodating, enthusiastic and friendly. Nearly everyone got up and had a dance, and had great fun (even the self-proclaimed non-dancers). I couldn't recommend them more. "
