"Cordes en Bleues played at my husband's birthday party. They were excellent from start to finish. They communicated really well prior to the event, were lovely to chat to, really easy going, and played a fantastic set. We would highly recommend them."

"Your gig at the Thaxted Festival was special - the best of the bands that have played for us in recent years. What attracted me when I listened to your CD last year was its variety, contrast and freshness; your key players are all impressive individually, but I also liked the precision and balance of the Band playing together as a group. All of this came fully across in your live performance, plus the bonus of seeing how much you all enjoyed each other's playing. You also found just the right level of amplification (not too much!) for the friendly acoustic of our beautiful Church. You must come again! "

"Doug and Jasmine sang for my 50th birthday party. They played a great mix of music getting all ages dancing and even played most of our requests! They are such lovely people who couldn’t do enough for us and seem to enjoy the party as much as we did, which was all we wanted. Memories were made and a great evening was had by all."

"Warwickshire Strings Quartet played at my wedding ceremony and for the duration of the drinks reception that followed it, which lasted for two hours. I had a clear picture of what I wanted and Warwickshire Strings allowed me to achieve this vision perfectly. Having done an extensive search on the internet, I chose Warwickshire Strings due to their extensive repertoire (one of the largest that I came across), the fact that they gave me free reign over the playlist and the impressive demos available online. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. Her communication was very efficient – she was happy to answer my queries and any questions I had were answered promptly. There were a couple of songs that I wanted for sentimental reasons that were not in their existing repertoire and she was able to source these at minimal cost. The quartet were fantastic on the day. All my guests complemented us on how much they enjoyed the music and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warwickshire Strings to anyone looking for a string quartet. "

"Thank you so much for performing for us at the Company's Platinum Celebration Dinner and Dance at the Institute of Engineers London HQ, One Great George Street and for agreeing to travel so far to do so. This year we were asked by our CEO to make it a particularly special event as Croudace is celebrating its 70th anniversary; we have been building houses since the company was set up in 1946 at the end of WWII. All 260 guests had a fabulous evening, enjoying a Champagne flight on the London Eye, the wonderful dinner and dancing into the early hours, but you were the brightest highlight by far and made the evening a most memorable occasion for us all. So many people have commented this week how much they had enjoyed themselves and your performance in particular generated a great many complimentary remarks. One table particularly enjoyed singing along with Que Sera Sera and we were all knocked out by the beauty, power and range of your voice, especially in Nessun Dorma, which had us all cheering and wanting to hear more. You were the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful cake. You are an extremely talented and accomplished singer, Gemma and I'm sure you have great future ahead of you. I wish you all the luck in the world in reaching your goal and hope that you find happiness along every step of the way. You deserve to be successful and you have all the necessary ingredients to be successful; a passionate love of music, a desire to please, a charismatic personality, you are a beautiful and elegant young lady and you have the most superb voice, a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, you are an organiser's dream and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. "I wanted to thank you and the band for a wonderful afternoon of entertainment - the playing and singing was marvellous and not too loud so people could enjoy listening and talking at the same time and also inspired some dancing!! A lot of people asked where I found you so should anyone have an event coming up and need a jazz band I will pass on your details. Thank you once again for making the afternoon such a success - it would not have been the same without you!"
