"Saw these guys play locally. Usually I only stay for the first half but enjoyed so much I stayed until the very last song. Very good indeed."

"We booked The Wild Heart off the back of their showreel which we found to be really fun and packed with energy which is what we wanted. The band did just that live and more! I cant than you enough for helping to make our day so special! Everyone commented how good the band were, they played all our favourites and had us singing along! Thanks to The Wild hearts! Highly recommended "

"We are so grateful to Black Velvet Ceilidh Band for their last minute flexibility in playing for our wedding! We moved the wedding forward by a month to beat the lockdown and the band not only made themselves available on the new date, but also changed the style of music with just 3 days notice! Firstly their contactability and organisation was brilliant, making the booking and discussions with them hassle-free. Ceilidh would no longer have been appropriate, so the guys played a mix of Irish songs and jigs and reels. The music they provided was fantastic, creating the most beautiful atmosphere for the milling around and photo time between ceremony and reception. They were inconspicuous but added so much. Would definitely recommend them (and their versatility!) for any event.’"

"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! Everyone at the wedding said we nailed our music choice! If I could do it all again, Lucy and her band would be booked again and again.."

"Fabulous. Great entertainment and very accommodating. Was for my partners 50th and would highly recommend. Great voice and highly talented, apologies if we sang over you at times and got a little over excited ? so reliable, turned up bang on time despite a long distance journey, good song choices, great live music we all really enjoyed it ?"

"James played at our wedding reception on the 22nd August 2023, he was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Everyone at the reception kept telling us how much they enjoyed his performance and how amazing he was. James was an absolutely perfect fit for our event, all the kids also enjoyed dancing along to the music, it was nice to see everyone enjoying the music and the atmosphere James created. We would very highly recommend booking James for any event you are planning, his voice is incredible and he is a genuinely lovely person."

"Absolutely fantastic! We were made up when we found Chloe and the Nashville Rocks band, they were even better live than we could've imagined. They played our first dance song by Tim Mcgraw which was amazing, and they had everyone up dancing too. From communication to song choice, the band made things super easy. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them! Thank you all so much xx"

"The band were AMAZING at our wedding. They did an acoustic set as our guests arrived and then a full band set for the party in the evening. We had nothing but excellent feedback from our guests all of whom thought they were brilliant including ourselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any event, they know how to get the party started, have incredible voices and are a delight to deal with, what more can you ask for?"

"Somerset Soul played at our wedding reception yesterday and I can not recommend them enough. Prompt, professional, good fun, all-around great people! Rebecca’s voice is unreal. They were energetic and engaging, they had the whole room dancing from start to finish and they learnt and played our first dance song so beautifully. Book them immediately! "

"My residents loved these guys so much. Music was great, singing absolutely fantastic. Really played to the crowd and got them singing along. So friendly afterwards too, having a chat with the residents. I've received so much great feedback about them. Can't wait to get them back again! "
