"Sonia played to a packed and appreciative house at St Ives Jazz Club with two thoughtfully considered and slickly performed sets of songbird standards, mingled with the occasional more modern classic from the likes of Randy Crawford and even Sting. The band accompany Sonia with a suitably understated groove, giving this blossoming vocalist plenty of space, but impress when it’s called for with some fine solo and ensemble instrumental play – all very solid musicians, making this band an impressive and satisfying unit!"

"From the initial enquiry we felt confident using The Line Up at our wedding. Extremely professional, clearly love what they do and are guaranteed to have your guests up on their feet dancing. Would highly recommend. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. "

"Hi guys, Apologies it is taking me so long to get in touch, but Kris and I wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you so much for playing at the wedding at Traquair on the 13th August. The night was a huge success and that was largely in part of yourselves. You received loads of compliments from our guests and a number of people have asked for your details so safe to say you were a hit! We both felt you handled the night excellently, judging the crowd just right and keeping the dancefloor full. Everyone had aching muscles the next day! "Mission "mother's birthday party" accomplished! She loves Motown and 70's music and after a pretty tough year spent in various hospitals, we decided to give her a surprise party with her favorite songs. Volare DUO put a smile on my mother's face who sang the songs with Ciro! Thanks guys from me and my sisters"

"Adam was extremely easy to keep in contact in the lead up to the event and was able to accommodate all of our requests as well as working with a vocalist who was a friend of ours. He did such a fantastic job on the day itself, the music during the ceremony was beautiful and added such an incredible atmosphere to the day. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for a guitarist/. "

"I am happy to confirm that you and your colleagues on the sax, bass and piano indubitably added greatly to the atmosphere of the evening. Lots of the guests commented very enthusiastically on how much they had enjoyed the music. My feeling is that you added warmth, sparkle, and a sense of celebration to the evening, and the range and style of play was perfect to modulate between grabbing people’s attention and providing harmonious background, as appropriate for the stage in the proceedings. I was also appreciative of how flexible you were about the times of taking a break so that there was always music except during the brief interlude for speeches. I was delighted to have found you through [Last Minute Musicians] and would definitely recommend not only you and your colleagues but [Last Minute Musicians] too."

"Thank you so much for playing at Catriona's 21st. Hugh, Cat and myself so enjoyed your band, the choice of dances and the calling. We had so many complements about the evening, but I said that it was the component parts that made it and you and the band were a major part. I will of course recommend you if asked for a band."
