"What a fantastic singer he is as Frank Sinatra, he made my wedding day go off superbly. People haven’t stopped talking about it and with him there singing I achieved the atmosphere I was looking for. Everyone thought he was fabulous so I can’t thank him enough for making my day!"

"We first met Alfie when we were on our way back from the church to our wedding reception … We saw a man suited up and wearing a hat running past our horse and carriage .. calling out to us that he thought his band were playing at our wedding but that they were lost (due to the sign of the manor house not being visible)….. they followed us the rest of the way! Fab band, fab guys … All our guests loved them .. great music and really friendly .. we would highly recommend the Hot Hats without a second thought! Really down to earth and lovely people .. perfect for our intimate wedding reception. Another big thank you from us both."

"From my very first enquiry for my 30th birthday party, Deep Down Brass were so responsive and helpful, to the day of the event when they were there in plenty of time, set up without a fuss, looked amazing, we’re super flexible to my needs and played three fantastic sets which had the dance floor full all night. Particular highlights for me where when the band entered from all different corners of the room, my guests were wowed! And when Freed From Desire was playing during one of their between set breaks and they came out playing along, the room went mad and we had carnage for a few minutes! It was epic. Something so different to hear your favourite songs on brass. My guests are still talking about it now and I’m trying to think of an excuse for another party so I can book them again!"

"Each year our section hold a rally. Each year we visit a different location alternating between the UK and Europe. It was my turn to organise a weeks rally in the UK, and I chose the Two Bridges Hotel near Princetown as our base. We needed some form of entertainment for our Gala Night. Our group are in the in main middle fifties and some over eighty so the last thing we need was a rock group. I had some opposition when I suggested a Folk group but I prevailed and have to say that tracking down a band was in the area was extremely difficult. Typing a search in Google for local folk groups resulted in names almost everywhere except in the West Country. Eventually I contacted Blue Jewel and Steve convinced me that they could adapt to our needs. Every single person enjoyed the groups performance, there were 62 people there and almost every single one said how much they enjoyed the group. As the organiser I was greatly impressed by the way they accommodated our requirements and we had a brilliant night. Thank you Blue Jewel Chris. "What a fantastic band. Played at our daughter and son-in-law's wedding and provided a brilliant evening. Everyone was joining in the dancing and singing to a great playlist. Totally made the evening special can highly recommend these guys. "

"The band (Tony, Marianne and James) were excellent, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect addition to our wedding anniversary and graduation celebration. The band created an enchanting ambiance, setting the mood just right for the evening. They took the time to learn specially requested music and were helpful at making the whole event run smoothly."

"What a fantastic performance, everybody was saying how much they enjoyed his performance and how he catered for the different age groups who were there. A very friendly ,likeable guy, did his best to to perform all the requested songs. Rhys's performance was a high standard. Highly recommended."

Unfortunately I didn't get to hear as much as I would have liked but kindly some guests videoed some of the songs that were gorgeous. Thank you also for all your help in organising things."

"Excellent jazz band, very classy, perfect for the event in question. It's nice to see a band which does things so simply and professionally, providing a full sound with the minimum of equipment. They were happy to play to the room when people were eating and talking, at a volume which still allowed conversation, but were friendly and engaging as and when people wanted to interact with them. The singer they provide has a great voice, well matched to their style, no over-acting or dramatic self indulgence, just confident strong and pitch perfect. Great day, thank you."

"I did organize a surprise birthday party for my husband. I chose B & The Hornets because they looked very stylish and I liked their music based on the videos & photos provided on the website. So like most of the visitors on this platform, I didn’t have a clue of what to expect. I was happily surprised to discover that the musicians were very friendly and enthusiastic. They were happy to tailor their playlist based on what my husband likes. The band played especially songs in Italian and Spanish at my request as well as their normal repertoire. We had a beautiful party, everyone loved the band, the kids and the grown up were all dancing. It was all beautiful vibes. So I strongly recommend B & The Hornets band for their professionalism and friendliness. "
