Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"We aren't sure where to begin with this review! We booked "What's New" sort of last-minute with only a few months until our wedding, as a previous booking had let us down. From the start they were fantastic. We communicated primarily with Sam, who was very helpful and took a lot of detail about our event. We discussed music preferences, and the atmosphere we were looking for. When Lewis (Groom) came to the outdoor ceremony space for the first time, with the band in full swing -- it was a goosebump moment! Their incredible sound, style, and professionalism blew him away. Every guest made comments upon their arrival at just how much they contributed to the atmosphere. They learned two songs for our ceremony at our request - which may have been the best versions of them we have heard to-date. We seriously cannot recommend this group highly enough, and we cant wait to have another event where we use their services. 10/10 across the board."

"Hiring a band is always a difficult experience and we could not have been in safer hands with Rich and the band! We wanted something special for the day time so we hired Billy to perform as a soloist for us and then the rest of the band performed in the evening. Everything was so special and the perfect accompaniment to our wedding day."

"Absolutely cannot rate this band more highly and would get them booked immediately if you have the chance! Booked Soul Messengers for a hen party and they did not disappoint. They came with a collection of crowd-pleasing songs, stunning vocals and incredible guitar playing, but not only this, amazing personalities and the fun factor which was needed for the occasion. They were very professional from booking, confirming details, checking in before the event and then the event itself. The real highlight of our weekend. They were an incredible talent and even more fun!!!"

"Flo Collective are the best band EVER. Everyone at the wedding said they were the best band they'd ever seen. The dance floor was packed. They are amazing performers and also the nicest people. So easy and fun in the run up to the wedding and on the night. We love them a lot!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Elephants in the Room – Truly Made My Night I had Elephants in the Room play at my 60th birthday party, and I genuinely couldn’t have wished for anything more special. From the very first song, they filled the room with warmth, joy, and incredible energy. It felt as though they weren’t just performing at the party — they were celebrating with us. Their music was outstanding, but what touched me most was the heart they put into every performance. They read the room beautifully, lifted the atmosphere, and even got people dancing who I honestly never expected to see on a dance floor again! Guests are still telling me how amazing the band were. It’s rare to find musicians who are not only so talented, but also so genuine and committed to making your event unforgettable. Thanks to Elephants in the Room, my 60th birthday became a night full of laughter, dancing, and memories I’ll cherish for years to come. "The Arrival played our Wedding on Saturday 7th May, 2022 after having booked them for the best part of two years ago. Don't hesitate, just get them booked! If you want a full dance floor with a guitarist and bassist who feed off your energy. A charismatic, engaging front man, and a cowbell-happy drummer, these guys will not disappoint. They will have your guests amazed and asking where you found them. This is not your usual Mumford and Son, cookie cutter, wedding circuit band. It's a proper band! They are so tight together, clearly have fun, and are a very professional outfit. They were absolutely perfect for us and we couldn't have asked for a better setlist...even if a guest did request a "Belter" of a song and they knocked it out of the park. We provided them two Spotify playlists, one for their set break (evening food) and one for the disco afterwards. They were played on random and, again, were our perfect songs. No DJ messing around with what they think should be on. "Banger, after banger, after banger" (guest quote) from 8pm 'til midnight. We can't recommend them enough and are very grateful that they came to entertain us all on our dream Wedding. Conc & Loula"

"Absolutely brilliant band! We love going to see The Funk House- they play all the floor fillers and the dance floor is packed all night! Brilliant performances from the whole band, and they are a lovely group who really bring a great atmosphere. I highly recommend you catch them when they're playing near you!"
