Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"This band is truly outstanding. Lead vocalist, Leanne, is excellent and she is cohesively supported by an excellent group of highly accomplished musicians. The playlist was perfect for our party and many of the songs are still echoing in our heads. Having said that, the audio mix was perfect and the music volume was spot on, at an appropriate energy level with room for communication on the dance floor. Every guest claimed that this was the best band they had ever experienced. We hope to have them back in Warwickshire soon!"

"Swing Mode Vintage absolutely made our day: they were absolutely the perfect evening entertainment for our wedding! The music was really really cool, they had people up and dancing and just really brought a great atmosphere with them. It was fantastic. The band were all really kind and well organised; there was zero stress & zero faff. They got everything set up in good time including background music between the two sets. They took a special request for our first dance and it was really really wonderful. Overall we were just thrilled with the music: it was really really cool stuff - modern and funky, but most important just great fun!"

"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. I know Ben will be in touch with you soon, but once again thank you both so much again for helping to make the event ‘go with a swing’ so that we all had a really lovely evening. "Mellowtone were absolutely brilliant for our 40th birthday celebration. Chris and the rest of the band were courteous and efficient in setting up/taking away the instruments, and communciation in the run-up to the event was great. The music was of an exceptionally high standard, with a really diverse set list. They made the night very special. They played a range of jazz standards, with a great combination of paces (including plenty of tunes to dance to). Chris has a lovely singing voice and the bands' musicality shines through. I cannot recommend Mellowtone highly enough."

"What a night! We booked Absolute for our wedding night on the 1st Sept in Worthing and were not left disappointed. The dance floor was full the whole time and they played great music all night. I've had numerous wedding guests send me texts and tell me personally that Absolute were the best band they've seen at a wedding and were asking for their details. "House of Chords were absolutely brilliant at our wedding. Everyone really enjoyed their sets which were tailored to us and our guests. They really got the mood going and maintained it throughout the evening, including in the DJ portions where they took our requested songs and fit them in brilliantly throughout. In addition they were friendly, helpful and professional from the start. We couldn't have asked for more."

"The band played for my 50th and made us all feel part of a truly fantastic musical experience. They are brilliant! The lead singer worked so well with the audience and even let a family member get up and sing! We felt they were part of our party and brought heart and soul to the table. They had a underground dance feel and we couldn’t believe we actually had some of our favourite songs played by the original artists. They were so understated and nice - it was only after they finished that we found out who they were. (-:"
