Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"We had a party for circa 60 people, aged 30 to mid 80s. Liaised with Andy in advance about possible playlists and songs we particularly wanted them to play. Very smooth and easy. Everything on the night went extremely well (despite our timings changing). The band were absolutely fantastic - great musicians and choice of songs - and kept the dance floor occupied from the first track to the last. Highly recommended."

"The band were fantastic ! In fact I have had so many people ask for your details. I am sure you will get a lot of calls after this event. People enjoyed themselves so much that they wanted the music to go on all night ! The only ‘complaint’ I got was that the music wasn’t enough !! People did not realise the time that you played as they enjoyed it so much !! Thank you so much for everything – I am hoping to make this an annual event so I hope we can work together again "

"My wife and I hired World Brass to play as a surprise to guests as part of our 5 year wedding anniversary in Fitzrovia Chapel in London. World Brass were amazing to work with. Their communication was great, they arrived on time, and the quality of their music was awesome. Our guests loved it, we received lots of compliments about the music and how it made the event extra special. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks World Brass! "

"Thanks again for yesterday – there was such a lovely atmosphere and the music and calling were great. Someone commented on it being ‘advanced barn dancing’ Smile Lots of people said how marvellous you all were. And also I really appreciated Ray’s (or is it Roy – sorry, forgotten) changes to the words to accommodate the range of dancers and couples and reducing the gender specificity – it felt much more accessible to me and there were also comments from others saying how much they appreciated being able to dance as two people and not be concerned about who was who or ‘dancing as’ etc."

"We booked Urban Myth for our wedding reception after seeing them at a gig in our local pub. They were sensational at the gig and out of this world at our wedding. I have never seen a dancefloor full, and spilling over, from the first dance to the last second of the encore. They were brilliant and kept our guests entertained and energised all night. "Crimson Sky provided a fantastic service. The organisation and communication with Rhona was outstanding; something which is so appreciated when planning a wedding. Rhona made great suggestions and really understood our requirements. We had Crimson Sky perform at our wedding; the voice of the frontman was brilliant and the band really added to the atmosphere that we were trying to create. The huge variety Cobalt Sky’s repertoire made it exciting to choose all our favourites; which were all hits with our guests. The fact that the band were open to learning new stuff was also a great addition. Thank you so much for being a part of our day, it really made it the best day ever and I will definitely be recommending both the band and business. "
