"The Band was superb in guiding us through the preparation for its gig - our wedding reception no less - not least of all in its patience with our frequent delays in getting back with requested information! We asked for a "Dublin/ Temple Bar" feel to the gig and that is what we got in spades. We have no doubt that the Band would have presented other music styles equally as well. Our 80 plus guests loved the performance, as did the 10 or so staff at the reception venue. The manager of our local folk club booked the Band - taking its details that very same night - for a club performance at date to be arranged. The Band's fee for the evening was very competitive for the performance and the help we were given in its preparation. The Band arrived in good time, set up quickly and demobilised swiftly and tidily. "So happy with Jo performing at our wedding! Jo performed at our wedding during the ceremony and the cocktail reception. We weren't the easiest client as we organised the wedding from New Zealand (where we live), and held the wedding in London. Jo was communicative, and was an absolutely delight at our wedding! "We chose Chapel Hill Duo to play through our ceremony and drinks reception. The communication from booking (over 18 months in advance) to the day was great and put us at ease. We were given a large song list to select from ourselves and were spoilt for choice! The was a great mix of old classics and modern chart music- and everything in between! On the day Chapel Hill thoroughly entertained our guests and were widely complemented. We were worried that with 100 guests the music would be 'lost' in the background but actually it was what gave our wedding afternoon such a warm, welcoming and happy atmosphere. Thank you so much, our day wouldn't have been the same without you!"

You guys are so professional and helpful right from the booking process, to learning our first dance song, the breadth of songs performed and the performance itself. So many of our guests commented on how incredible you were and think that was demonstrated by the fact you struggled to finish as the guests demanded more and more songs!"

"Kay has a beautiful voice, she sang at my party and I've been to see her since doing other events. I was really pleased with her professionalism, she really made it easy to book and even sang some songs that I had requested. I'm really pleased that I booked them, she'd be first on the list to recommend to family and friends and I will be booking her for next years party! Everyone loved her and are still talking about her now!"

"Dear Sue Thank you and your group Scherzando for playing at my son's wedding. It was a wonderful day, in a wonderful setting, at Lilleshall Hall in the Duke of Sutherland suite and the music was perfect. As you know, my new daughter-in-law is Brazilian and her family were quite blown away by the whole day, so very different from how a wedding is conducted in Brazil and the beautiful music that you provided, quite stunned them, and added a very 'English' touch. We were particularly grateful for the 'extra' pieces you filled in with, when the bride was fashionably, if a little alarmingly 'late'. Also the wonderful care you took in talking over their choices and advising them on what would work best, at what point in the ceremony. If anybody is seeking to add that little something extra to their Wedding day, then I would certainly recommend that they engage you to play."

"I was chosen to appear on c4 come dine with me in april. It was a Carribean theamed evening and I thought what better way to entertain than to have a steel band. Gary was amazing. It was like we were really in Barbados. I honestly believe that it was because of his amazing performance that I went on to win. Thank you so much gary. "

"I booked Eleventh Hour for my wedding and we had such a fun night with them. They sang our first dance song perfectly and the rest of the music that followed was great. A real mix of songs, old and new, and they appealed to everyone there - from the kids to the Grandparents. I really enjoyed getting up with my bridesmaids to sing a song with them and my husband and his best man loved the 'air guitars'- a great idea! They arrived on time and didn't cause us any hassle, just got on and did the job exceptionally well and made our evening really special. Thanks guys!"

"Sarah-Jane was fabulous. Great range of music, dressed for the occasion and interacted with guests which was a nice touch. Her range of music was exactly what we were looking for and the whole package really suited our event. In between sessions she took her time to speak to guests around the room which was a nice touch. Happy to recommend her and would definitely use again. "
