"Bessie’s life in blues brought back to life. Some performers deserve to be known by more than their work. Bessie Smith won fame as Empress of the Blues in the 1020’s, but there was more to her life than money and fame. She died in 1937, but 80 years on a good sized crowd were held rapt at the Thunderbolt as Dave Merrick narrated her life story, from a ragged upbringing in the American South, with the help of original recordings. Bessie shot to fame because her unique vocal style could cut through the limitations of 1920s recording technology. But it was the live performances the Totterdown audience were waiting for, and Natalie Davis on vocals, with Dave on guitar and Brenan Whitmore on saxophone did not disappoint. Renditions of I Need A Little Sugar in my Bowl, and ‘Taint Nobodies Business If I Do made the magic of Bessie shine, from the slow paced blues of the 1920s to the syncopated swing of the 1930. . the show had the audience rapt. - Paul Breeden, South Bristol Voice (May 01, 2017)"

"Our family just wanted to thank you and the band who played at Lindsay's wedding on Saturday night.Everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly, and the ceilidh was a perfect way of mixing the London youngsters with scots and Irish families.Your wife was very helpful in keeping things under control, especially at the end when the Barbican were initially reluctant to allow the power back on when the noise limiter was triggered.My cousin has already booked you for a birthday bash next June in the Wheatsheaf, so we look forward to get into training for another reeling occasion!"

"You want Tony at your wedding. Not only does he have incredible dulcet tones, but his musical ingenuity makes your request truly special adding uniqueness to your wedding! Tony is incredibly professional, wonderfully gifted and i couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We loved all of the attention Tony gave to make out desires for the various musical requests a reality. "If you are wondering what band to book for your wedding or event then look no further!!! We spent ages looking for a band that fit our budget and the vibe we wanted and wow we are so glad we booked eccentric pony! They were incredible and everyone said how amazing they were! They have a huge song list to pick from, we went for a mix of indie, rock and modern pop and classics and they smashed every song! They really brought the vibes for the evening and even got me (the bride) up on stage at one point! We loved them!! Thanks so much to Jimmy and the guys they were professional and easy to communicate with, made the whole process stress free and were fab on the night! Couldn’t have asked for more! Book them! You won’t regret it!"

"Kelly and Graham were on the last 2 cruises I did with Ambassador cruise line. To say they where the best entertainment on board would be a masterpiece of understatement. All the sets were performed to an amazing level and were very approachable if you wanted a certain song. Kelly's voice is incredibly powerful and can do any genre to a very high standard, and as for Graham, his guitar skills are quite simply the best I have come across. "
