"First time ive used Lastminutemusicians so happy i came across it online. Easy to use website, choose a musician by Area,Genre,Solo or Band & Budget. I chose Jack M a solo acoustic singer/guitarist. He managed a special request for me by learning to sing & play a song he hadnt done before at very short notice. Guests at the party wouldnt have known and thought he had been performing it for years it was perfect. In fact his whole set was perfect. Would love to see Jack M at one of his own gigs in the future. I will recommend lastminutemusicians & Jack M to anyone."

"The band were excellent lots of my friends commented how much they enjoyed them. They were very flexible and played two additional sets that helped create an atmosphere that my friends did not want to leave. The band had everyone dancing from the first song to the last one four hours later."

"A big thanks to It's No' Reel for coming to play at our wedding in Norfolk - you were brilliant! Over half the guests were complete novices but thanks to your great calling and tunes you got all the guests involved and everyone loved it! So much for our concerns about people needing encouragement, we could have done with a much bigger dance floor! Tom was very easy to deal with on the run up to the day and flexible on the night. Your recommendation for Strip the Willow for our first dance was a brilliant idea and the spontaneous Auld Lang Syne was a thoughtful touch. The ceilidh was definitely a highlight of the day. We would highly recommend It's No' Reel for any wedding or party! "

"Absolute brought their acoustic roaming band to play our wedding reception at Cain Manor and did not disappoint. They created an amazing atmosphere outside before and after the ceremony. They also played my wife walking down the aisle which really added to the emotion. I'm sure they would also make an awesome evening band now dancing is allowed again! "Thanks once again for playing at our event. The band was brilliant and your voice was amazing. I particularly like the way you guys adapted each set to the needs of the event. Your sound engineer, Remko constantly adapted the set up and sound to make sure that it sounded great around the whole venue. Lighting and even a smoke machine (!) made the barn into a real western disco! ll in all it made for a fantastic night, Thanks you AMERICANA!!!!!"

"Adam came and entertained my family and friends a few ago.. although a good percentage of the audience did not have a great knowledge of modern country music EVERYONE really enjoyed his music.. I would highly recommend Adam for any event.. you won’t be disappointed! We have booked him again for next year ?"

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"These guys are absolutely amazing!! Andy and Chris performed at my Chicago Blues evening on 30 April and not a person was left sitting for the majority of the night. The music they performed, the way they interacted with the audience and the professionalism of these two is second to none. I would most definitely book them again with no hesitation and wish I could do a Blues Brothers night every month! If you're looking for this kind of act, then I really don't think you'd find much better than 106 Miles to Chicago."

"The band set up according to the plan that had been agreed and once the music got underway, the dance floor was packed for the whole night. Some of our guests had never been to this type of evening before and all we had back was extremely positive comments about the band and of the whole evening, which was to celebrate our daughter’s 30th Birthday. The band was an integral part of the night and made the night go with a swing. Well worth the 5*****"

"Open Freeway were absolutely fantastic. They honestly made our wedding day. Communication was excellent throughout and they really took time to listen to us and give suggestions for the day, all of which were spot on. They were really flexible and even did us an acoustic set outside to kick the music off as the weather was nice and we had a festival-themed wedding. I was soooo impressed on the day, every song was played brilliantly and our guests were raving about the music. They played such a great range of songs and made the sets really fun for everyone. The dance floor was full all night. On top of all of that, they were all just so lovely and such a joy to have as part of the day. We could not fault them and would recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank you guys enough for how amazing you were! "

"We would highly recommend Rhiannon. She kicked off our mini festival with a bang, singing all our favourite feel-good songs. She was a joy to work with and even sang last minute songs we requested. We are a charity who work with young adults with complex disabilities and she showed a real compassion and kindness towards them and entered the spirit of what we were doing. Everyone was really impressed by her stunning voice and loved the song choices. Hopefully we can get her to visit again in the future. Everyone at The Bevern Trust 10 stars!"
