"The band were an absolute delight, just the right mix of professional musicians and informal enough to mix in with people and jolly them along. They were completely marvellous and everyone had a great time, even though some people had never done ceilidh dancing before and were a little shy."

"We had Harding Country Music play at our wedding and we were very lucky to get him! Amazing singer, really lovely to deal with nothing was too much trouble. He did our first dance and many other requests I asked him for. Even when the power went out briefly he just carried on acoustic! a true musician. We had an amazing day and all of our guests loved Adam! A top bloke can't thank you enough."

"I wanted to say a big thank you for our wedding the other night. You guys totally rocked the place and everyone loved you! You pitched up on time, played a great set, were friendly, professional, totally knew what you were doing (not that I expected anything less) and I loved it when I caught you playing something different as a small interlude piece. It was really nice. A number of people have since complimented the ceilidh. At a wedding, the entertainment is always crucial to how much fun people have, and you guys were worth all the money!"

"Just a quick note to say these guys were fantastic. They played everything to keep the crowd upon its feet. All of my personal favourites were played including a couple great Stereophonics tracks. It was a fantastic night. I would recommend these guys every time."

"We want to thank It's No' Reel for a fabulous experience. They were professional from start to finish and their organisation is excellent. They were very open to be being flexible with the ceilidh and disco options. We even had a Skype call just to introduce each other and to explain what we wanted which is much better than email. The ceilidh was brilliant and as we had friends and family from different countries, the calling was clear and easy to understand. Everyone had so much fun, it was the perfect end to the day. Afterwards we received a video montage of the ceilidh which we have shared with our friends and family, a lovely added extra which we were not expecting. If you are looking for a ceilidh band, I would DEFINITELY recommend It's No' Reel, if you have half as much fun as we did you will not be disappointed!"

"We wanted to email and once again thank you for playing at our wedding last Sunday at Lochgreen in Troon. You guys were terrific! Our very international group of guests had a great time, for many of them, first time at a wedding in Scotland and certainly first time at a ceilidh. Thank you for expertly guiding them through the dances and making sure people roughly knew what they were meant to be doing! We've had many comments about how good the band was so we wanted to pass that along to you. Thriller and the Bond theme being dropped mid dance and the impromptu Game of Thrones dance were particular highlights. "

"Big Skies played at our annual golf trip to Ullesthorpe. Everyone present were very impressed with their performance. They began with more laid back , country songs whilst the guests were finishing off food etc. Fantastic musicianship, talented guitar playing and exceptional harmonies. I had chosen one or two songs which were a little less known by most people present , namely “Battle of Evermore”, and Dylan’s “Oh Sister”, and their renditions were captivating. Later in the evening the tempo was raised and it was great to see so many on the dance floor. Overall, a fantastic evening had by all thanks to Big Skies! I would strongly recommend them if you were thinking of hiring an acoustic band for a special event. "

"We’d like to extend a huge thank you to It’s No’ Reel who performed at our wedding and helped make the evening party really amazing. The band sounded fantastic and were really professional and managed to put on exactly the type of ceilidh we hoped for – one where the guests got to have a wee break in between every couple of songs while they kept the evening going until we had a chance to recover! We had lots of great feedback from our guests about how amazing the band were and how well they managed to explain each of the ceilidh dances for those that had never done it before. This was really excellent as a big worry of ours before the wedding was that some of our guests who had never ceilidh danced before might not take part for fear of not knowing what to do but we’ve since seen the photos and managed to confirm that pretty much every single guest made it onto the dance floor! The fact that the dance floor remained pretty packed all evening too is another amazing achievement and a testament to how great a job the band did. We will definitely recommend It’s No’ Reel to anybody in need of a great ceilidh band as they were absolutely superb! Many thanks again for making our special day so awesome!"

The guys really made my Mum’s 70th birthday a party to and she was so happy loved seeing everyone have such a great time. Great memories made. "Somerset Soul were absolutely amazing. I knew they would be good from the videos, but they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The dance floor was packed all night and everyone has been talking about how good they were ever since. Unbelievable talent aside (I truly mean it- unbelievable!) They were just wicked to deal with from start to finish, true professionals but totally personable and everything you could want! Rebecca is a dream vocalist, and the guys are fab. Top tier music selections and medleys. The dj set / request hour was wicked too and music in between. They vibed off the crowd and the crowd, them! If you are reading this ... Take it as a sign to book them! You won't regret it. 10/10 impressive, i couldn't have asked for more. We love you guys! Xx "
