"Just a wee note to thank you for playing for us at our recent wedding, especially for arranging the music for our first dance, it meant so much to us and was the perfect way to start the evening. Everyone had such a great time and it was lovely to see the dance floor full from the first dance through to the end of the night. There is nothing like a ceilidh at a wedding to get friends, work colleagues and both sides of the new family up and mixing together for the whole evening. "

"These ladies are so amazing. Four different women take lead vocals and they do amazing harmonies. Some beautiful musing songs, but also some rip roaring ones that get everyone on the dance floor."

"We’ve loved seeing Kelly and Graham perform at a variety of venues over the last few years so we were delighted when they agreed to sing at our wedding last weekend. They provided four incredible sets across our wedding afternoon / evening: one acoustic and three electric. All were absolutely wonderful! They were happy to work with us beforehand to personalise their setlists and include requests - for which they gave guests shoutouts on the day! The duo are so bubbly and energetic: they got everyone up dancing. Kelly has a stunningly beautiful voice and is able to breeze through a wide range of genres. Graham is a phenomenal guitarist and also a wonderful singer. They brought a huge amount of joy and fun to us and our guests. We were particularly grateful to them for learning our first dance especially for us and performing an absolutely beautiful rendition. Highly recommend this wonderful duo!! 🎤🎸🎶"

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day. "

"We booked The Wild Heart off the back of their showreel which we found to be really fun and packed with energy which is what we wanted. The band did just that live and more! I cant than you enough for helping to make our day so special! Everyone commented how good the band were, they played all our favourites and had us singing along! Thanks to The Wild hearts! "We absolutely loved having Black Velvet Band play our wedding ceilidh at Clearwell Castle. My husband is from Scotland so we wanted a traditional Scottish ceilidh feel with some of the classics, and we were not disappointed! We had a good feeling about Black Velvet band from the moment we booked them - and sure enough, Mike and the guys were absolutely fantastic and made our evening party a huge success. The band were great and the instructions on the ceilidh dances were so helpful; even those of our party who may not have normally danced were up there loving life on the dancefloor. The fun and friendly atmosphere they created was just fab and so different from your ‘usual’ evening do. All our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the ceilidh and some said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We would 100% book the band again and recommend them to friends. Thank you for contributing to the best day of both our lives. Love from Hannah and Deryk x"
