"The Northern Ceilidh band performed at our wedding reception and were fabulous! Jon and the others are extremely talented musicians, and Joyce an experienced and engaging caller. The dance floor for the ceilidh was full from start to finish, and our guests had so much fun. Prior to the wedding, Jon and Joyce went to the trouble of videoing a sequence for us so that we could practice a ‘first dance’ with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wonderful people, wonderful musicians and a wonderful night of dancing. If you’re looking for a fantastic Ceilidh band, look no further! "

"Grogibear Trio performed at our wedding which was an outside event. There was heavy rain and took place under a huge stretch tent. There was no dramas with the band. Pure professionalism! Amazing performance!!"

"Wow. Thank you to the Tzigauners for being part of our wonderful wedding. The band were excellent and we received many compliments throughout the day on their quality. I would also note that Tom was very responsive on email during the booking process and the band arrived in plentiful time on the day to ensure that they were ready to go when asked. "I would highly recommend both your booking service and Elliot Rooney. Booking was easy and professionally managed. Elliot delighted our guests, I had asked for him to gauge the audience and he find just that, all our guests commented how much they had enjoyed his mystic during the event and how lovely a tone Elliot had when he sang. "What an awesome band! These guys sure know how to play! None of that ego-nonsense, just good tunes, great musicianship, and they know how to get your crowd going. There is banter if you want it, but essentially with these chaps it is understated musical excellence combined with professionalism and a genuine desire to make your party memorable. Loved them at my 50th, so booked them for my brother’s surprise party, and once again, they came up trumps - thank you guys, can’t wait to book you again!"

"Wow wow wow - what a talented pair of musicians. Both my wife & I are so glad we chose you to play at both the church and the reception for our wedding. I really can't praise you both enough. You really did make our day that extra special, and so many of our friends and family agreed. The only bit I was disappointed with was that we didn't book you to play in the garden longer as time just flew by and we could have listened to you play all day. Thank you so much guys x "

"We booked The Blue Notes for our wedding at The Plough on 7th April to play an acoustic set during our meal after meeting Tom at a wedding fair. My husband, Ollie, got on really well with him. We booked straight away. Tom was brilliant at advising us what would work best in the venue and they were set up quickly on the day with no fuss. They created a brilliant atmosphere during our reception meal and their song choices were perfect - a great mix of chilled music with a build up into some quicker songs as the meal came to a close to prepare guests for the evening. Thanks so much for being part of our day! Highly recommended"
