"There are no words to explain how amazing eccentric pony was for our wedding this weekend. There are certainly not many wedding bands that will play rage against the machine or steel panther and we are so happy we found the one that not only would, but enjoy playing it as much as we enjoyed listening. We have been overwhelmed with compliments from our guests and will 1000% recommend to anyone we know who needs to hire a band for their event. They were punctual, polite and happy to take requests that were compatible with the vibe we were aiming for. No S Club 7 requests were granted for this wedding! "

"Having reached the ripe old age of 65 this year, my partner organised a big Grumpy Old Gits Retirement Party for me in a marquee in our garden in Pangbourne. We had over 120 attend & most guests came dressed up as Old Gits (Victor Meldrew, Alf Garnet, Compo, Nora Batty etc.) and we needed a local band to get the place rocking, with a wide variety of covers from the 50's to the present day. Found Mike's band Back2Back (just up the road in Wantage) on this site and were not dissapointed. Fantastic set, got everyone up dancing, entertained us with humour between songs and even threw in a wireless solo guitar trip around the whole marquee. Very impressive PA sytem and lights, all remotely controlled by their own Sound Engineer and six musicians who know how to put on a very professional and tight sounding show. Everyone kept asking how we could afford such a good band. The nice thing is, they were so reasonable, we still had change out of our budget to spend the rest on a decent firework display at 10:30 in the evening, and after that, the band played on!! They were so good in fact, that as we organise the annual Pangbourne Village Fete each year, we have booked them as our main act for the second weekend in June 2019. I advise you try them out for your event before then (or come to the fete next year). Absolute rockers, thanks Mike and the rest of the band, see you in June, if not before at another event. "Became big fans of Goldsworth Gerry after seeing them a few times at our local - a top quality duo who play well known and well loved bangers that you can’t help but get up and dance to! Booked for a private party and they were a joy to work with, great comms and made everything run super smoothly, genuinely nice guys (and support gal!)"

"Absolutely incredible band! We booked Straight Up for our Wedding. They were really friendly. Very professional. They sounded unbelievably good! All our guested mentioned how good they sounded and the energy they brought. The lead singer has an amazing voice. The lead guitarist puts chills up your spine. They made the night. Cannot overstate how happy we were. Highly recommend! "

You really capped off a magnificent day off for us; you really had the whole room rocking from start to finish, which was just what we wanted. "From the first communication with them until the end, they were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. On the actual night, their performance was outstanding, so many of my guests commented on how good they were. My whole experience with the band was amazing and I would definitely use them again. "We booked the Pop Pickers for our Dad's 80th birthday party and they were brilliant! All the songs played from the 50s, 60s & 70s were known by all and got a lot of people up dancing. Communication with Ian was great before the event, and we would thoroughly recommend."

"We've seen Southwest Band at other events and we didn't hesitate to book them for ours. They were full of energy, picked a great selections of songs and really ensured everyone wanted to stay on the dancefloor! It was also great to see all the short clips they took of our evening too. "Amazing Band We had Pink Champagne play for us on January the 14 th for a 60 th Birthday for the second time . They are very friendly, always smiling and played great music. They also offer a DJ at a separate cost for after the band .,We wouldn’t use anyone else now and we highly recommend Laura & her Band . "
