"Jimmy and his band were amazing - really friendly people, very accommodating with working with us to play songs we liked, amazing sound, got everyone dancing, not at all wedding cheese and every guest commented that they were the best band they had heard at a wedding. Would highly recommend - thank you so much for being part of our day!"

"Thank you immensely for the absolutely superb performance at Ratho Parish Church. The success of a wedding relies so much on background music and Scotland Strings certainly excelled in that regard. Personally, Gill and I missed out somewhat as our arrival, by dint of normal bride and father custom and practice, occurred in the late stages of your performance. However, our guests spoke very highly indeed of your presence and delivery and raved of how the quality enhanced a momentous occasion. Morag, once again, many thanks for helping to make Gill and Jamie’s wedding such a huge success. Best wishes for the continuing success of Scotland Strings and the enjoyment that goes with it."

"A great group of people with exceptional talent. Stumbled across them a good few years ago and have experienced them on multiple occasions since. They made my husbands 40th birthday very special so we asked them back for other events and have never been sorry. They certainly get the crowds dancing and their attitudes are fantastic. Also seen live at a festival and they really do know how to work the audience. You couldn’t ask for more professional people that are worth every penny and can accommodate any size or type of crowds. "

The combination of your music within the setting of Pentney Abbey added a whole new dimension to the ceremony and has left all present with unique memories. "Mark and the band were beyond all expectations. We found them incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. They did 2 sets for our wedding and they were absolutely exceptional. We wanted something upbeat, fun and would get everyone dancing, whilst avoiding wedding music cliches - and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest. All our guests, young and old, were on their feet and having the best time. We’ve had multiple messages from guests saying how fantastic they were and we’re very much considering them for any future special events! Highly recommend!"
