"We booked Goldsworth Gerry for a 40th birthday party, and Martin and Stuart were brilliant from start to finish. They arrived on time, set up quickly, and were sound-checked with full lighting, ready to play exactly when promised, even with the challenge of moving gear through to the garden marquee. The set was outstanding – three hours and over 40 songs from their extensive repertoire. They nailed the playlist, shifting the mood from background entertainment to a packed dance floor. Tremendous value for what they deliver. They brought the energy of a top wedding band and gave us a far better party than a DJ could have. Our marquee felt like a proper club. Communication before and during the event was excellent, and they even squeezed in an encore at the end. Great to work with. Highly recommended."

"We had the pleasure of seeing 21c a while ago, and as soon as we booked our wedding, we knew we had to have you! From the first point of contact, until the very last moment of our wedding reception, you were all so supportive, helpful and professional. Your sound and timing was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night, with all our friends and family absolutely loving the music. I can't tell you how many people complimented you all, the song choices, the timing, the depth of sound. We had the most amazing evening thanks to you all, and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a top class band for any event. We also booked your DJ to play in breaks and before and after the band's sets, and he was faultless, ending our night with people dancing until the speakers went silent. My only insistence for our wedding plans, had been to have a live band, specifically 21c, and you helped us achieve the wedding day we longed for. I can't thank you all enough. We wish you every success and prosperity!"

"We searched for a few days to find a non cheesy wedding band. Soul Generations had a great repertoire and their performance was excellent. Mariam’s voice is incredible. If you don't want the standard cheesy wedding band, would definitely recommend. "

"We booked these guys for our wedding at Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe in October 2021. Booking them was so easy and they were great to work with and always accommodating, even after our first wedding date had to be postponed because of Covid. Their repertoire is extensive and yet despite this they were prepared to learn some new songs for our wedding if needed. They arrived on time and set up without any fuss or drama - all thoroughly professional......then they started playing!!! Wow! Now I play in a semi-pro band and like to think we are pretty decent, but these guys were just on a different level. Great song choices, fantastic musicianship, great energy and rapport with the crowd - they were amazing. That view is shared by all the guests who attended. "Dealing with Shakers Gold was an absolute pleasure – at every stage. They responded to any query quickly and efficiently (which certainly set them apart from other bands we investigated). They kept in contact all the way through from booking to the event. Their website demonstrates how seriously Chris and the others take their business. On the night they arrived, set up with no fuss, put on an amazing performance, played the music we wanted to hear in between their sets and made our ‘wedding do’ the ‘party’ we had wished for.
