"The band was really good, friendly and accomodating . We had a mixed age group attending and everybody enjoyed the music. They performed for 2x good hour sets. We had a brilliant night."

"To the amazing London Anthemic, We struggled to find a band that could deliver what we were looking for but after seeing your video and making an initial inquiry, we knew you were the band for us. During the many email exchanges and phone calls you, and your manager Guy, were always so responsive, patient and helpful. Meeting the band on our wedding day was a pleasure as you are all so lovely! We can’t thank you enough for effortlessly working around some of the unexpected timing issues. Firstly, well done... you managed to get everyone dancing with your perfect set list. You executed your performance very professionally with great sound, and Charlotte’s natural interaction with our guests took it to the next level. Our guests are still sharing positive compliments! Some of our happiest moments from the day are memories of everyone dancing and singing. We really can’t thank you enough for performing at our wedding. You smashed it. "I recently booked House of Chords to play a gig at my wedding reception party at relatively short notice. The party was held on a Thames river boat cruise in London. I liaised directly with Mike from the outset, and was pleasantly greeted by an exceptionally professional service. Attentive to every detail, Mike addressed all of my concerns promptly ensuring total peace of mind. On the evening of the gig, House of Chords were ready and eager to please when all our guests arrived and delivered the goods musically. They are exceptionally talented musicians with a great, friendly demeanour. The evening was enjoyed immensely by everyone and I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending House of Chords to anyone to play any gig large or small with minimum of fuss and maximum impact!"

"Eat Square booked The Mystery Machine for our Charity Christmas Pie & Mash Dinner. We had hired a sizeable hall and the band filled it with great sounds. The music really added atmosphere and filled the hall with cheer. We are sure people stayed longer, spent more on the bar (all for charity) and had a fantastic evening as a result of the fantastic selection of hits played by the band. We will have no hesitation booking them again."

"We are so glad we found John and the band and asked them to play at our wedding! They completely made the night at our tipi wedding reception in the forest and fitted into the laid back festival/party atmosphere just perfectly. John spoke to us on numerous occasions before our big day; the organisation seemed so easy and all went according to plan. They even caught some videos of everyone dancing the night away which have given us some great memories! Everyone has been talking about the band and how brilliant they were, a perfect mix of music with a bit of a difference! Thanks to John and the band for making our wedding so incredible "
