"Polly her band played at my parents 50th wedding anniversary and did a great job of livening up the evening whilst being sensitive to those who wanted to sit and chat. They played a range of songs from across the decades which went down really well, evidenced by the full dancefloor. They were really friendly, courteous and professional and had nice interactions with the guests. Thanks Guys!"

"The High Flyers came to play for our Charity Ball at The Dorchester. They were on at the end of the evening and the guests were of a very mixed age group. A very tall order i thought and felt a little sorry for them. They started their first song the expected exodus didn't happen and the dance floor filled within a couple of minutes and didn't empty until the set was finished. The only complaints i got were that the dance floor was too small and could we move some tables so others could join in! The music was great - the players accomplished and friendly. What better recommendation than everyone saying weren't the Band fantastic and leaving to go home having had a great time. Thank you James and all the rest of the Band."

"We could not have asked for a better wedding band. The dance floor was always full and all our guests commented on how great you were!! The silent disco was so much fun. You guys were so easy to communicate with, nothing was too much trouble, everything went so smoothly. We would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for a great party!! Thank you so so much. "The Rhythm Rebels were amazing! They were very helpful and attentive, made our NYE party planning easier. All our requests were fulfilled, and they really created an amazing NYE party atmosphere. The musicians themselves arrived to the venue very early and prepared everything in good time, also leaving them time to get to know the venue and practice. During the performance they moved around the venue interacting with our guests and keeping a fun and lively vibe. They did not stop at just performing, and went an extra mile, by making it a true entertainment, with interacting, dancing, and hosting."

"I just wanted to thank you and your amazing band for such a fantastic performance on Saturday. People were absolutely blown away by you and I have to admit I'm a bit annoyed I couldn't just relax and enjoy all the songs we'd chosen - I kept hearing them and thinking 'I love that one!' then someone would interrupt me! But our guests had a fantastic time dancing away to your music and people have said to me that they'll never have a party without a band again. I was particularly struck by how perfect the jazz was when I walked in, it really was exactly what I wanted and set the tone so beautifully. If we ever need a band again I will definitely be in touch! "

"When we started planning our wedding we knew we didn’t want a typical rock/pop band and began our search for a fun, modern, high energy band and luckily found Overdrive. Nora & Josh were so lovely from the start and understood exactly the style we wanted. They were amazing on the day, our guests didn’t even realise it was a live performance at the beginning. They kept the party going until late and so many people complimented Nora’s voice. Thank you so much for being part of our special day."

"My Birthday party was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Lovely bunch of great musicians well worth the money. The team turned up and set up very discreetly with no fuss, exactly as agreed. They let us play our music through their system in the break but stepped in very quickly to help us when our phone let us down and played great music through their system to tide us over. When they played they blew everyone away. A really great band. I can't wait for an excuse to book them again."

"We had an act cancel because of positive covid test and in two days Alister and Beverley had found and booked a replacement for my daughters wedding. This rescued us from disaster! The replacement act The Mini Diaries were excellent and did a fabulous performance at Berkeley Castle. Strongly recommend the act and Function central!"
