"We booked Jonathan and his band after reading the reviews for a birthday/Christmas party. They were excellent and all 40 guests thoroughly enjoyed it. A couple have already ask for his contact detail. We would recommend them to anyone and will definitly book again."

"What a lovely bunch of chaps. We were worried when we were told that frontman Jeremy had been taken ill a few days before our wedding day. But thankfully Sam stepped in to save the day. All band members arrived on time, were super friendly and chatty, and put on a terrific show despite the frankly insane 30 degree heat of our wedding day. Sam even took the time to quickly learn a very special, unusual request that we'd asked the band to play, and he totally pulled it out of the bag. Thank you so much for trekking all the way to Surrey to play for us. "

"I hired the Urban Myth for my 50th birthday bash November 2022. They were very professional indeed, they were on site, set up and out of the way before my guests arrived. From the moment they started playing they had my friends and family on the dance floor. However, the biggest surprise was that my partner told them that I was a huge Gary Newman fan and despite them being an RnB band, they learnt a Gary Numan song just for me and even let me sing it with the band, what a fantastic gesture, that really made my night!! The days that followed I was asked multiple times who the band was, and I was more than happy to pass on their details. I wouldn’t think twice about booking these guys again for any future celebration. If you are thinking of booking them, just do it, you won’t be disappointed."

"Blue Jewel played at our wedding two weeks ago and they were absolutely fantastic. They were the highlight of the wedding party for us and for many of the wedding guests. Lots of people joined in with the energetic music. Clear instructions for the dances made it easy for everyone to join in. Apart from how fun the celeidh itself was, the thing that we appreciated most of all about Blue Jewel - and the thing that stands out about them - is that it was so easy and stress-free to organise. A couple of emails prior to the wedding to confirm timings and cost (which was very reasonable), and then they turned up on time, were very polite and flexible about us running late with the rest of the wedding, played brilliant music and got everyone up dancing. There was no fuss or stress whatsoever. Absolutely brilliant. We would recommend Blue Jewel to anyone. "

"We booked Audio Riot last minute for our wedding after our band had to pull out due to covid. Feel like it was meant to be as we are so glad that we had these guys. The communication from Ian right from the beginning, before the day and then through the day was great. That aside, they are definitely a party band which is what we wanted. Ian is definitely a performer - we had a crowd that liked to be up dancing however he was amazing at getting everyone going."

"Good Morning Suzanna, I am sorry that I have not dropped you a line before but I have been very busy catching up on things I neglected in the run up to the Standish evening. Just to say thanks to you and all the band for helping to make a great evening. Compliments from residents and friends, on the evening as a whole and the band in particular, have been universal. It was wonderful to see the community have such a good time and for the event to be so inclusive for all age groups. In addition we made @£1,000 for the Church so not bad for a first attempt. "A great night! We've hired bands to play before, but Alive and Kicking managed to get the best sound we've ever had. They played a wide variety of songs which were great to dance to and even learnt a song we asked for especially for the night. I highly recommend this band."
