"I had seen Tom perform a few years ago at a friends party. We then I asked him to sing at my partner's 40th birthday party, he was that brilliant we then asked him to perform with this duo at our wedding on the 1st of June 24. We were lucky enough to have Bobbi-Jo (Tom's wife) performing with him and her vocal cords are out of this world! She sang our wedding song (Power of Love by Jennifer Rush) which is a tough song! What else can I say? Absolutely superb. From right at the start when we were organising, to the day. Both amazing in their own right. Absolute dream team together. "This was honestly the highlight of our event, and we are absolutely glad we went with The Upbeat Duo, from start to finish the communication was fantastic, no ask was too much, really flexible and willing to work with us and our timings and last but definitely not the least the entire setup and the music was phenomenal, these are two very very talented individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to make your event unforgettable. "Funk it Up! played two amazing sets at our International Women’s Day Dance in Whitstable in March 2024. They were fantastic from beginning to end! Communication was great before the gig and they were friendly, accessible and professional throughout. They played a wide range of fabulous music which was spot on and had all our guests dancing and singing along. All the band are great musicians but what a coup to have such a fantastic, confident woman at the top of her game on lead vocals, epitomising the theme of this event. We’ve had such positive comments since the gig and I can’t recommend this band highly enough."

"We hired Rhythm 2 Keys for our evening wedding reception and they were phenomenal. They turned up in plenty of time and were really familiar and friendly. They congratulated us and were entirely professional throughout. They played 'L-O-V-E' as our first dance music and immediately were of an amazing standard. They set-up quickly and efficiently and were a great volume and sound quality from the off. They played an hour long 20-song set for a very reasonable arranged price and we couldn't have been happier. They sounded classy and fun, they are approachable and kind and our guests loved their entire set. They also adhered to all our requests and were extremely courteous and approachable. Would definitely look to hiring them again. Thank you Anita and Andy!!! "

"Amazing! What can I say! Charlotte and Dan entertained us at our wedding with their all day package which was worth every penny and more. Such an amazing talent but above all lovely people who really fitted in with our day and made the whole thing special from the walk down the aisle to the late night party. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding duo. I have had so many complements from guests as well .Thank you so much x"

"The Back Beat Buskers played and entertained at my friends 50th birthday party. They are a very talented band with a great repertoire of songs and they really understand how to entertain both during dinner and when the party needs to get going. As an added bonus they are all very easy on the eye which gave great delight among the female guests at our party."
