If you haven't seen them, WHY NOT??? They're the tightest funk band for many a mile, perhaps in the world ??❤️"

"James and the band were brilliant, and we are so glad we booked them for our wedding celebration. James was really helpful in the lead up to the day: getting in touch, making sure we were aligned on the schedule and following up with a clear plan. The band on the day were excellent - they performed a great selection of music played during our canapés, dinner and then dancing. Our guests loved the music, they were all on the dance floor even though we had a relatively small crowd! The band also learned a first dance song for us (Elvis Presley - The Wonder of You) and they performed it perfectly for us on the day! Thanks so much James & the band!"

"Well all me and my wife and our friends and family can say is WOW. We booked these guys for our wedding party and they didn't let us down. I asked Gavin the lead singer of he could help me surprise my wife by me singing a song to her with the band and went for rehearsals with the band. So luckly for me I got to see behind the scenes of the band. They are simply the most professional and high perfectionists in everything they do on stage and in rehearsals in getting their performance right. As for their performance on the night, they had everyone jumping and dancing as well as getting involved with the crowd they truly were EPIC. They MADE our wedding party FACT. If you want a band for a party or event seriously look no further as EVERY single person who came to our party has said how amazing the band was. The phrase 'best party band in the south' doesn't represent them correctly ..as they are truly 'the greatest party on planet earth'"

"I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! "Chris and Kim of The Sunset Duo brought some incredible music and energy to our pub’s community night! Playing music from across the decades and a little something for everyone, there wasn’t a single person in attendance who didn’t enjoy both sets. In fact, when they took a break, I had several people asking me when they were going to start playing again! There wasn’t much room for dancing, as the pub was very full, but it was clear from the bouncing heads and swaying bodies, that people felt compelled to. The duo effortlessly connected with their audience and kept the energy up throughout the evening. I’m looking forward to having them perform in the pub again soon, as I know they will deliver the same level of fun and professionalism to each performance.
