"We booked Vernon for our wedding on the 24th April 2015 and he really was fantastic, we had pre arranged what music he was going to do off his playlist. We corresponded by email and had no problems with contacting him and he arrived on time for our evening reception, he set up and played straight through until about 10. We found his own music very good especially his song (see that girl) he made the evening fun and got us up dancing, our guests loved him and enjoyed his music, Vernon is a friendly talented musician and we would book him again or recommend him for a wedding or party. "Hi Matt, we really can't thank you enough. You made our wedding exactly what we wanted. A massive party! The music was fantastic. All out guests commented how fab you were. We were dreading an empty dance floor, it didn't occur to us that we would be fighting for space! Absolutely perfect from beginning to end! Best wishes! Sarah & David."

"Mark responded to our last-minute request to play at our wedding at Madingley Hall. He was professional, friendly and reassuring. We particularly wanted Ennio Morricone's Love Theme from 'Cinema Paradiso' and Mark was happy to learn it specially. Brilliant!"

"Ruby only went and did it! Held an incredible night in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity and in memory of her dear friend, Brian Travers. A whopping £1127.15 was raised and a fab time was had by all! Thank you all so much for not only raising such amazing funds but raising such vital awareness."

"We asked Nigel to play for our ceremony and during our wedding breakfast for our wedding at Huntsmill Farm, and we are so glad that we did! From the minute we asked him to be a part of our day we knew we had made the right decision. Nigel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our wedding and we cannot thank him enough. Nigel made our day truly special, from start to finish and his piano playing was beautiful! Stunning! He specially assembled Coldplay's Fix You for me to walk down the aisle to, and every time I hear it I cry! t was just so beautiful. Nigel added so much atmosphere to our wedding, the guests loved it and he really read the room and responded to this. At one point, he had the whole room singing along to his piano which was just a sight to behold from the top table! I cannot put into words how grateful we are to Nigel for being a part of our day and how special it was having him there, we only wish he had been able to play for longer! Nigel was such an important part of this for us and we would honestly recommend everyone book Nigel for their wedding! It truly made it extra special! Thank you! "

"Pop Club/Motion Picture were simply Fantastic. We wanted a focussed 80s set which did not disappoint plus they learnt a Duran Duran song to include in their repertoire for the evening. Everybody who attended went out of their way to tell me how good the band were. On top of this, they are a bunch of nice lads who were happy to chat before and after their set. I would recommend them 100%. I never expected to get this level of quality and professionalism for the price. "

"Tamilla’s music was the best part of our wedding! She played so amazingly that our registrar came into the bandstand and asked her name so she could ask our guest for applauding her for the amazing music she played. We think this is unusual for officials, but Tamilla was irresistible! As a bride, I had dreamed of walking down the aisle with a very special music in mind in memory of my mother who was no longer with us. I mentioned about the song to Tamilla and she played it so beautifully and made my dreams come true! We had Tamilla with us for before/during the ceremony as well at the reception drinks and everyone was amazed by her work. Tamilla’s professionalism and the quality she produces is second to none and we were so lucky to have found her."

"Lizzie sang a huge variety of songs to entertain family and friends from as young as 7 all the way through the ages so that there was something for everyone. She is very professional from the first communication to the end and she had everyone singing and dancing in the garden. Would highly recommend."

"Jenny played at our wedding ceremony, we can’t thank her enough. Her beautiful guitar playing made our service really special and our guests still talk about how talented she was. We loved the mix of classical music with her own arrangements of modern love songs. She was so lovely to work with, highly recommended. "

"I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Dave, Mike and Gerry who form BM Ceilidh Band. This is the third event that we have booked them for and once again it was a massive success. They are always reliable and turn up on time. They set up the equipment with no fuss and are very adaptable to any type of event whether it be a Burns Night, a Ceilidh, a Wedding or a Birthday Party. Dave is incredibly patient at giving instructions to those who are novice dancers and even goes out onto the dance floor to help people with the dance steps. They cater for all abilities, young and old! Dave encourages people to get up to dance without being too intrusive and has a good sense of humour which makes people laugh and enjoy the night. Everyone who has been to our events where BM Ceilidh Band have played have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and have always been very positive about this band. I would certainly recommend the BM Ceilidh Band for any occasion and will be booking them again in the future."

"I was lucky enough to be staying in Rosedale Abbey whilst James was on holiday. He chose to practice on his pipes out in the garden. I tracked down the source of the wonderful sound. It was amazing to listen to his skill. He played a piece especially for me when I requested it through a hedge! Suo Gân, make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. A lovely guy, I can assure anyone hiring him it will be money well spent, I will never forget listening to him in the heat of the North Yorkshire Moors. Thank you James."
