"Wow wow wow wow wow! What a band! We hired Madison Avenue for our wedding reception and they were absolutely amazing! They played some fantastic songs that were great for all generations. I do not think the dance floor was empty once for the whole time they played. Communication with the band prior to the event was brilliant. Emails were answered within a day, and questions (no matter how small) were answered in detail. The band even learnt a song for our first dance, which was so thoughtful of them and so kind - Thank you! Every single guest to our wedding has said to me how great they thought the band were, and I could not agree more. Do not hesitate to hire these guys, they are AMAZING. Thank you all for making my wedding so special."

"Absolutely thrilled and privileged Jonny was able to come all the way to the Midlands to play at my Aunts funeral. Jonny played beautifully at my Aunts committal then again at the wake. We wanted traditional upbeat accordion music played to celebrate my Aunts life due to a number of children attending in the family, and it being their first funeral. Everyone commented how lovely the funeral was, it wasn't somber at all, and how fitting Jonny's music was. Thank you from all family and wish you all the best and success for the future xxx"

"We hired Paul for my parents' surprise party, and it was an absolute hit! From the moment he walked in, he kept the whole room entertained. Your look was spot-on, and the voice was uncanny—my parents couldn’t believe how much he sounded like the real Rod Stewart! Paul had everyone on their feet, dancing and singing along to all the classic hits. The energy was incredible, and he really knew how to work the crowd. My parents were beyond thrilled, and our guests have been talking about it very since. This really made the party a unique and unforgettable entertainment experience"

"Zoe played the harp at our wedding at Butley Priory on 06/04/2024. I had previously heard her play on a school trip (I am a teaching assistant) and knew straight away that I wanted her to play at my wedding! The communication between Zoe and myself was excellent. She was very efficient at replying to my queries and keeping in contact. Zoe has a huge repertoire and gave us the opportunity to choose music for my entrance, signing of the register and our exit. She helped to make suggestions for pieces that would work well and also learnt a piece that we chose that she hadn't played for a long time. She was prompt, professional and friendly. The harp she played was full size and a beautiful instrument. It sounded wonderful with the acoustics of our venue. She played while our guests arrived, during the ceremony and then at our drinks reception. This was 3 hours in total. The music was stunning, a fantastic mix of modern and traditional. So many of our guests commented on the music and how lovely it was. I would not hesitate to recommend Zoe for any wedding or event, large or small! Thank you Zoe! "

"I booked Sticky Jack for our Hampshire hotel minibreak for 76 people. Gareth made booking simple, providing all the info requested in a fast efficient manner. The lads arrived punctually, setting up without disturbing our pre dinner drinks or meal. They tailored their music to exactly suit the age group. Every number was played & sung with solid sound & vocals, exactly like the original version. In a very short space of time they had everyone on the dance floor. By popular request, they played beyond the agreed time with a much applauded oncore. A great evening, enjoyed by all."

"Hi Aly (and all the Aluinn and Definitives musicians), WOW - you are brilliant, amazing and totally delivered!!! Thank you all so much for playing at my party at Markington Hall last week and making it such an incredible evening. Really enjoyed both bands equally. Quite a few people were worried about the ceilidh and told me they "probably won't dance" but they did and they didn't seem to stop all night. And then the momentum seemed to pick up even more with the Definitives sets - just fab. Quite a few people have asked me for your details so I hope this will lead to more bookings in our area.
