"Made our evening with many hundreds of compliments being paid if not just to Roman, but also to me ( as National Rally Co-ordinator). Excellent choice of music, catered for all tastes and just the right volume that people could still talk to each other whilst eating. Other years our 'entertainment' has been little on the loud side. Thank you Roman very much."

"I am so glad I chose Marcus as the musician in my plan to propose to my girlfriend. He took it very seriously and done it professionally. His singing and playing are outstanding and we were very amazed from his voice. In addition, He was very friendly and easy to work with I was very satisfied. Thank you Marcus! :)"

"Incredible, absolutely incredible! Alex and John orchestrated our wedding reception with a variety of live music, DJ sets along with supporting us to ensure the days events were timely. The father of the bride was overwhelmed when they were able to play a live rendition of one of his favourite david gray songs, it made his night. Lazy marmalade are very professional, efficient and fun guys. Thank you sincerely Morgan and Hayley "

"After seeing Lee play at a 30th birthday last year I knew he would be perfect for my party. We hired a large school hall for our 90+ guests and had Lee perform two 45 minute sets - He was brilliant! The age range of guests was early twenties to late sixties and everyone was blown away by his amazing talent. He played a mixture of covers and his own work which we agreed before hand as well as a couple of special requests that he learnt especially. For any other event or party he will be my first point of call and I am happy to highly recommend him. A lovely guy and very talented singer/songwriter and musician. "

"Matt lit up our wedding in The Cotswolds in October 2022. I cannot recommend this guy highly enough. He's friendly, professional, and above all; extremely talented. I feel we pushed the boundaries in terms of our fussiness on what we wanted Matt to play; a mixture of classical and contemporary. Not only did he nail the playlist, but also played a key role in helping us to understand how we could further tailor it. Matt also had to work alongside a busy schedule of others, working with them to make sure our day ran as seamlessly as possible. Matt has a fantastic attitude and really cares about his work. 5 Stars all round. "House of Chords played at our Shropshire wedding in May 2015. The band sent us a list of their songs beforehand and we were able to select which ones we wanted them to play. The list covered decades of material and it was easy for us to pick 30 songs we wanted played, so we could avoid the usual cheesy songs other wedding bands fill their set with. We were in touch with the band a number of times before the wedding, On the wedding day, we had fantastic weather and the band were flexible to the extent that they suggested a later start so people could continue to enjoy being outside for longer. The band’s seamless performance had all of our guests up on the dance floor for both of their sets. They were full of energy and produced uncanny renditions of some classic songs. To summarise, the House of Chords were friendly, accommodating and talented, and really helped to make our wedding day a success."

"The band played at our wedding on 23rd July 2022 and we’re incredible. Whilst everyone was having drinks and chatting after dinner, the band set up with seamless transition and started our evening party with a great set. They do something for everyone, we had the oldies up dancing alongside our young guests, and all having a good hearty sing along. And the Irish twist to the set was so much fun. Something different to a standard cover band. It was this part of the set that our guests still talk about. Thank you for giving us a the best end to our wonderful day. "After seeing Ant at a friends party, we were really impressed and took his card and after seeing him again at a later date at The Ship in Marlow and we thought, it must have been meant to be and hired him to play at our wedding! Little did we know a global pandemic would get in the way but two years later he was still available and happy to play for us. He had a great repertoire and managed to learn two songs for us (one literally two weeks before the big day!) Ant played for us at our reception and our first set in the evening so everyone got to enjoy some live music and also hear some chilled music as well as some more evening/upbeat songs in the evening. We can't wait to see him play again. "

"The band were outstanding, I cannot recommend them highly enough, there was an issue with the caterers and they pushed their set back and changed a few things, which really helped. Rhiannon's voice is incredible. They were professional, flexible and just damn right amazing "

"We booked The Man in the Blue Shades and I can’t rate him enough. I sent him songs guests had asked for and all my favourite tracks he played sax too and he covered everything and more. So talented, friendly and brings high energy to his performance interacting with guests dancing with bride and having a really good laugh I will be booking again he’s amazing!!!"

"Sam’s one of the most amazing musicians I’ve come across. He knows exactly what he’s doing and makes everyone smile around him with his music. He’s performed a few times in the bar I work and no ones ever been disappointed. If you haven’t heard him yet, you’ve got to go to one of his gigs!"
