"Duality provided a fantastic performance for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. Josie has a stunning voice and Nick is great on guitar. Together they delivered a great evening’s entertainment. "We knew we were booking Lazy Marmalade to perform at our wedding before any other plans had been made. We were lucky enough to see them playing at another event and had the best night dancing away to them playing amazing tunes!! They didn’t disappoint on the big day either!! Their lovely drinks reception sets and then their evening live sets with DJing in between. They performed our 2 ‘first dance’ songs perfectly after a special request! The guests thought they were amazing and they are two lovely people and make everything so easy!! Just need an excuse for another party now. If you get the chance to see these guys playing at an event or even on your big day you’ll be guaranteed a fab time!! Thanks Lazy Marmalade!! "

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

Your singing was exemplary (as expected) but what I thought worked really well was the way in which you introduced each song and really engaged with your audience both before and during the song. "I must honestly recommend The Vintage Vixens! They were brilliantly professional before the date, getting me all the names and details I needed before deadline. But their music was brilliant, had the audience all up, dancing, singing and clapping along all day! A real pleasure to work with, lots of fun with a passion for their music. Would use again."

"Simon was very easy to work with – and flexible on what the band could play. At very short notice they had to add some traditional bar mitzvah music to their repertoire, which they played very well. Also with almost no notice, Simon had to take over the role of MC during the later part of the evening, as our MC was slightly indisposed. He did that very well. The music was mainly dance music that most people could enjoy, either dancing or just listening to. We all loved it including my 20-year-old nephew who is studying piano at Trinity. Guests were dancing the night away and the music really added to the joyous atmosphere. And the sound level was kept at a reasonable level, so those who did not want to dance could still talk. We received lots of compliments on our choice of band. I definitely recommend them."

"The Line Up played at our wedding in August 2021. During the booking process they were very professional, fast to reply, and answered all our questions. On the day they arrived on time and played a fantastic set, including our choice of first dance and lots of our requests. I would highly recommend them for a wedding or any other event."

"We held perhaps the most successful party we've ever had on Saturday and appreciation of Martin's part in that cannot be properly described. A lovely man playing beautiful music, he constantly judged the 'mood' of the moment and adapted the play list to suit. Absolutely perfect."
