"Standing in as last minute replacements to fill an unplanned gap, David and Allan did a superb job covering the session. With minimal preparation the tuneful singer/keyboard duo delivered a medley of elegant classics from the world of pop, soul, folk and gospel. Engagement and connection with their audience brought a real sense of warmth and intimacy to the event. All in all a simple set, expertly delivered with lots of popular songs to hum, tap and dance along to. Very much enjoyed."

"I just wanted to say thank you for such a fabulous evening you guys gave us at our wedding back in November! We both had such a fun night & all our guests loved dancing to you play! "Martin is absolutely superb, highly recommend him. He did three sets at our party and got the party atmosphere going straight away, there was dancing, singalongs and lots of applause. Martin made our party, so impressed, very professional and really friendly, so much he was invited to stay and join the party, which he did. Thank you Martin for making our party extra special. "We hired the Upbeats Duo for my wifes 50th birthday party and they were genuinely fantastic. Communication throughout the booking process and run up to the party was first class. They arrived on time and were set-up and ready to go exactly to the timetable we had agreed. The performance itself was really good and they had added a couple of my wife's favourites into the set. We were a fairly small group of fifty but that did not dampen the Upbeats enthusiasm. If you booked them for an event I can't see how you would be disappointed."

"Ian & Sam were just superb. We hired them for our NYE event and they we professional from the off set. Ian replied speedy and put me at easy and made the booking process and discussing our event extremely easy which filled me with confidence. On the day this only continued, they arrived promptly and were extremely adaptable on setting up and adjusting to our space. All our guests only had great feedback and they made the evening one to remember. I’d highly recommend them for any event. Many thanks to you both!"

"I saw Unwritten Duo locally supporting Alfie Boe, they stepped in at the last minute when the original support was unable to perform. They were excellent, beautiful vocals and brilliant guitar, they were a lovely bonus for the evening! I am now looking out for more local performances."
