"Everyone who came up to us during the reception said how amazing the acoustic duo were. So many people asked how we found you and what your names were so that they could contact you for their events. Your music provided the perfect soundtrack to our day and the set list was a great mix for our guests, there really was something for everyone. I caught many of my friends and family having a little sing along! We have since watched back our wedding video clips and we really can appreciate what a talented and wonderful duo you guys are and your music will be with us forever. "

"The girls made a big hit at our meeting. They turned up on time to set up and performed two sets for us. They managed to get people up on their feet and helped produce a great atmosphere. They sounded good and looked good as well. We would use them again. I have to mention that our timings went over and they did not complain about being kept late."

"I cannot say thank you enough to Ian and the whole band. We booked them for our wedding party after our elopement and from the very first communication, it has been a pleasure. We booked around a year before our party and I very much felt we were looked after from the beginning. On the day itself, Ian was a dream. He just took me under his wing and did everything he could to reassure us and also to make sure we had a lovely time! It was perfect. All of our guests complimented the band and have had a couple of people ask for details for their parties. We had guests as young as 2yrs old, up to 70s and there was something for everyone. Ian’s interaction with the kids was brilliant and the guests generally. It felt like we were partying with friends. Great selection of songs and the live sets were really good! Wish the night didn’t have to end. Now I need another excuse for a big party! Thank you The Fireflies!! X"

Andy has performed at our charity balls for the last 6 years and is extremely professional and Jackie works incredibly hard behind the scenes to make the best night possible. "Emily & Tom played at our wedding early December 2025. They were a pleasure to work with and they were so organised and easy to talk to that is made it completely stress free! On the day they were both absolutely incredible! They are both so talented, warm and friendly - they really brought the vibes for the evening reception and helped make our day completely unforgettable! "Simone and Jack, who played Guitar, were just outstanding. The music Simone chose to sing was absolutely fantastic and perfect for the mood of our party. By the time she finished we were dancing the night away! Simone has a strong and beautiful voice and she made our gathering into a party. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends and hope we have another opportunity in the near future, to hear her sing again."

"The band was excellent from start to finish. Excellent prompt communication, and helpful advice regarding the venue and how best to utilise the space. Finally they were not only a great band but they brought the dancing to life with their calling and help with the dances."
