"We had such a great night for my mum’s 80th. There was a wide mix of people there and everyone loved the band across the board. Most people got up for a dance but many were just happy to watch with a beer or three. It was perfect - thanks so much to Martyn and the band for being so accommodating, talented and brilliant! They even learned my mum’s favourite skiffle song from her younger days when she was in a band. Really appreciated. "

"Soulbaby performed a set of her original material for a party in our garden. She arrived on time, did an excellent job and was good company afterwards. Our friends were all very complimentary about the beauty of JSoulbaby's voice. Her original material is thoughtful and mature. "

"We work in music and Fresh Grooves were our choice for our wedding day band - and we weren't disappointed! In fact, we were delighted! All the way from the afternoon acoustic set to the evening party, they were note-perfect and made lots of the songs sound even better than their originals! Hope to have them play at another event in the future!"

"We had the Kemptown Hot Club performing during an informal but very important dinner with prestigious guests. All the members are very talented as well as extremely kind and friendly. They tried their best in especially difficult circumstances, for sure their participation, patience and incredible great mood really made the difference in our event."

"Hi Ben, I wanted to say a huge thank you to you and the band for Saturday night. From the very first email, you've been fantastic to deal with. Answering all my questions and making sure every detail is correct. Then on the night, the band turned up early, set up promptly, were all dressed for the occasion and of course, played a brilliant couple of sets of music. I've had so many compliments on the band from those who came to the party. The best bit was how enthusiastic the band were to recreate the 'Back to the Future' theme, adding in the extra song 'Night Train' to really bring it to life. We had numerous dropouts due to coronavirus but it was still a great night! Thanks again, Natalie"

"My new wife and I booked 106 miles to Chicago for our wedding. We were looking for a band with a set list of songs that people were going to know and dance to… and with 106 Miles to Chicago we got all that and more! Very professional, great interaction with the audience and a set list that kept us and our guests dancing and singing from the first song to the last. Andy finished off the evening with a DJ set that picked up exactly where the live performance finished, with everyone dancing and singing along until it was time to go home. 106 Miles to Chicago are excellent - They definitely helped make our day memorable.
