"WHAT A FANTASTIC BAND!!! I really couldn't recommend The Marvellous Motown Souls enough to anyone - nothing was too much trouble and they were so accommodating! They play a whole range of different music to suit all tastes and we even had a music medley quiz for our event and were blown away to learn they actually learnt how to play each song! They have a great chemistry together and you can tell they really love what they do, so if you are looking for a hassle free band that bring a whole lot of energy, fun and dancing to your event, look no further than The Marvellous Motown Souls! "I booked these guys as a surprise when organising my friend’s festival themed hen - they sounded great in the videos they sent but in person they were amazing! Really great friendly guys who chatted and drank with us, even joined us for the silent disco afterwards - nothing was rushed or too much trouble - they even took a couple of requests including the bride’s fave song! Every song was high energy and we danced and sang our way through the whole set list - would recommend to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for future events. It was the highlight of our weekend! "

"Super tight, super funky, super professional. Fantastic performance from beginning to the end of their performance. Singer was fantastic, he performed the numbers superbly, with some very witty crowd interaction. Drummer was fantastic, guitarist played some superb solo work. The horn section really wowed me, fantastic synchronised dance moves from all three. The bass locked in fantastically with the drums, and the keyboard player definitely added the cool factor to the group. Great chemistry between all of them one stage. All of these factors culminated in a really authentic soul sound. A definite recommendation! If you want to dance, feel good and have a truly fantastic time, this is the band for you."

"I found the whole experience very efficient. Ian kept in contact with us regularly before the function and we had a lot of input in the play list. The band were very well received by our guests and were keen to fit into our order of events."
