The song we chose for me to walk into, Etta James- At last, is one of my mum’s favourite songs and we didn’t tell her what we had chosen. "I’m only just getting around to saying our thank yous and I wanted to say a big one to you and the rest of the EM strings squad on the day! The music was wonderful - I’m only seeing snippets of it now on our guests’ videos from the ceremony and it sounds absolutely beautiful! Thank you for coping in the 34degree heat and putting on a beautiful show for our guests to enjoy. I asked for some very unique songs for my wedding and they did not disappoint. Gareth was so kind and helped curate the perfect Playlist. I hope to hear them play again soon!"

"Modern Strings did a fantastic job at our wedding. I asked for a string trio. They followed my instructions to the letter and were very cooperative during the event and in the run up to it. They brilliantly played additional pieces of music that were not on their repertoire. They also beautifully played a mixture of classical and popular songs. All guests commented how well they played and what a fantastic idea it was to have a live trio at our wedding. The trio were smiley and extremely friendly and reliable on our wedding day. I would recommend their services to my best of friends and family and would employ their services again should I have another event. Very well done and thank you for making our special day even more special. "
